  Best stay we've had and everything perfect!
  Host is the nicest, friendly and most helpful person I've known! Stay was perfect in every detail. Rooms were clean, well equipped. Price is cheap. Beds very comfortable, lovely view, modern interior. Breakfast was very tasty and diverse. If I could rate more, I would rate 20 for host Nina.

  We enjoyed very much our stay in this apartment. When we arrived our host MS Nina personally checked us in, and surprised us with coffee and chocolate. I can strongly say that it is one of the best apartment. Great location, everything was very near, very comfortable place, owner Nina is very nice and friendly, we really liked her. cleanness was amazing, very delicious breakfast. An airport transfer was organised to pick us up and drop us off in the middle of the night. Owner arranged great tours for us also. Highly recommended! We had brilliant vacation!

  Квартира чистая, удобная-есть всё для жилья и отдыха.Освещение замечательное. Большие площади. Удобные кровати, чистое бельё. Отделка квартиры качественная-из хороших материалов. С большого балкона открывается панорама города на фоне гор. Хозяйка Нино очень приветливая, доброжелательная, заботливая. Сориентировала направление нашего знакомства с Тбилиси.   الشقة نظيفة جدا وقريبة من المدينة القديمة. صاحبة الشقة متعاونه وترد على جميع الاستفسارات بسرعة. عندهم توصيل من والى المطار بسعر معقول بالإضافة الى جولات سياحية لجميع مدن جورجيا. الشقة امان والدخول الى العمارة عن طريق البطاقة.
  Very clean, tidy and safe apartment. It has amazing balcony and full kitchen. They have transportation to/from airport with reasonable price. Also they offer tour trips around all Georgia.
  The host is very helpful and friendly, she speaks English very well and responds immediately to any questions.
  The apartment in an excellent location where you can walk easily to the old town and there are many restaurants and supermarkets around. The building is safe and quiet and there is available free parking.
