Honestly, I found myself making coffee in the morning and reading by the window like I was at home, which doesn’t happen often when I’m traveling.

The thing that really sets this place apart though – and maybe why that rating is so high – is how they handle the family aspect without making it feel chaotic. Sure, you’ll hear kids in the hallways sometimes, but the soundproofing is actually pretty decent, and there’s something kind of nice about the gentle buzz of family life around you. It makes the whole place feel warm rather than institutional. The staff seems to genuinely understand what families need too – extra towels appear without you having to ask three times, and they’re surprisingly flexible about check-in times when you’re dealing with cranky toddlers or delayed flights. I watched them help one family with a mountain of luggage and car seats, and it was clear they’d done this dance before. The cleaning between stays is thorough (I’m picky about this stuff), and they manage to keep everything fresh without that overwhelming chemical smell some places have. If you’re looking for somewhere that feels more like borrowing a friend’s really nice apartment than staying in a cookie-cutter hotel room, this place delivers on that promise.

  The apartment is very spacious and clean. It has all the necessary things for a family. Three spacious and well lit rooms with a private bathroom for each room. Very central location near marjanisvili metro station and all amenities. Super markets, shops, restaurants, coffee shops and currency exchange shops are very near the apartment. The lady for the check in is very polite and willing to help. The owner always asked us if we needed anything. The area is safe with good nightlife and a very good connection to the city centre. The street where the apartment is located if full of wonderful european style buildings. The apartment has a WiFi working perfectly. When we booked we thought there is no WiFi but to our surprise there was WiFi working perfectly. We would recommend the place without second thoughts!!

  Location is great, near many restaurants and cafes. The apartment has 3 air-conditioned bedrooms with a bathroom in each. The kitchen has everything you need. Above all, the host was the best, very kind, responsive, and accommodating.
