It was close to the main attractions in Tbilisi, it was near excellent restaurants and it is located in one of the safest areas Tbilisi (next to Parliament of Georgia). It is spacious and extremely clean, but what made things much better was that Giorgi is the best host I have ever met. He is always present, with excellent manners and always willing to help.

The apartment has a very good bathroom, a good sized living room and a spacious bedrooms. Beds were comfortable and everything was very clean. Would definitely recommend this stay!
