I’ll be honest – when I first heard about Fabulous Apartment on Rustaveli Avenue, I thought the name was maybe overselling it a bit. You know how these places can be with their marketing, right? But after staying there, I actually get it. The location alone is pretty incredible, and I mean that in the most practical way possible.

You’re literally on Rustaveli Avenue, which is basically the heart of Tbilisi – think of it as the city’s main artery where everything important happens. I could walk to the Opera House in about three minutes, and the Parliament building is right there too. What I loved most though was being able to grab fresh khachapuri from the little bakery downstairs at like 7 AM (honestly, the smell of that bread baking was my alarm clock most mornings). The Metro station is super close, which saved me so much time getting around the city, and there’s this great wine bar called Vino Underground just a few blocks down that locals actually go to – not just tourists.

The apartment itself surprised me in good ways. It’s got this perfect balance of being updated enough that everything works properly (the WiFi was honestly faster than my place back home), but it still has those gorgeous high ceilings and original hardwood floors that make Georgian buildings so special. The windows face the avenue, so yeah, there’s some street noise during the day, but it dies down by evening and you get to people-watch from above, which I found oddly relaxing. The kitchen is actually functional – I made coffee every morning and even cooked dinner a couple times using ingredients from the Carrefour nearby. Oh, and the shower pressure was fantastic, which might sound boring but trust me, after walking around Tbilisi’s hills all day, that matters. The host was really responsive too – when I couldn’t figure out the heating system (those European radiators, you know?), they came by within an hour to show me the trick. Storage was decent, though if you’re the type who unpacks everything, you might feel a bit cramped with a full suitcase. But honestly, who has time to fully unpack when you’re in such a perfect spot to explore? I spent way more time out discovering the city than hanging around the apartment, which is exactly how it should be when you’re staying somewhere this well-positioned.

  This booking was perfect in every aspect. It was close to the main attractions in Tbilisi, it was near excellent restaurants and it is located in one of the safest areas Tbilisi (next to Parliament of Georgia). It is spacious and extremely clean, but what made things much better was that Giorgi is the best host I have ever met. He is always present, with excellent manners and always willing to help.

  The place was great. The location was great and close to the public transportations, with nice cafes and places to eat around. Host was very nice and always responsive. The apartment has a very good bathroom, a good sized living room and a spacious bedrooms. Beds were comfortable and everything was very clean. Would definitely recommend this stay!

  Friendly, polite, good communication, host explain everything super well, central apartment, comfortable, tidy, close to restaurants, bakery, supermarket and organic supermarket, funicular tower and restaurant,, building is located next to parliament of georgia so the area surely secured,, I recommend it, pharmacy attached to the building,

  This place was perfect for our family vacation in Tbilisi. The apartment is close to shopping and transportation or walking to all the Tbilisi sights. The apartment was clean, spacious, comfortable, communication was excellent, and while close to main shopping streets was on a quiet side street with minimal noise. Highly recommend to anyone visiting Tbilisi.
