Eleven Inn Apartments Tbilisi Overview

I arrived at the Eleven Inn Apartments Tbilisi on a breezy, late‑afternoon Saturday, the kind of day that makes you feel like you’re stepping into your own personal postcard. The building itself is a modest, mid‑century block that’s been lovingly preserved, and the lobby feels more like a shared hallway with a friendly concierge than a hotel front desk. You actually get a handwritten welcome note on your desk—no, seriously, it’s a little slip of paper that says, “Welcome to your home away from home, hope you enjoy the city!” I mean, it’s a small touch that sets a relaxed tone right from the start. The check‑in was quick, with the staff taking a few photos to verify ID, and they even dropped a local map and a list of their favorite coffee spots. Parking is straightforward: the building has a small underground lot for a flat fee, and there’s a nearby street‑level garage that’s easy to spot. I parked my rental car in the lot, and the security gate was a breeze to navigate with a quick tap on the card.

The apartment itself is a charming two‑bedroom unit that feels surprisingly airy for the size. The living area is a mix of vintage Georgian décor and modern touches—think hand‑woven rugs, a distressed wooden coffee table, and a wall hanging that looks like it grew from the neighborhood itself. The kitchen is well stocked with a kettle, a small fridge, and a full set of cookware, which is a lifesaver for those nights you just want to whip up a quick pasta instead of ordering takeout. I found the noise level to be just right: you can hear the hum of traffic on Ioseb Grishashvili Street, but there’s a thick wall that keeps the apartment from becoming a full‑on echo chamber. The bed was incredibly comfortable, the linens were crisp, and the bathroom had a surprisingly deep shower that left me feeling refreshed after a long day of wandering. One thing I noticed—if you’re a light sleeper, the street lights can be a bit bright in the early morning, but that’s a minor quirk in an otherwise well‑thought‑out space.

When it comes to exploring the neighborhood, the building sits on a block that’s a perfect launchpad for a day of discovery. Just a five‑minute walk to the nearby Tbilisi Botanical Garden, where the scent of pine and jasmine mingles with the chatter of locals. If you’re into artsy vibes, the Gallery 10 is only a short stroll away, and there’s a little café called “Khorava” that serves the best silken tea you’ll ever taste—honestly, it’s a game‑changer. For authentic Georgian cuisine, head over to the Aghmashenebeli Street market, where you can find freshly sliced cheese, honey, and the most fragrant lavash. I recommend visiting during the late afternoon; that’s when the street stalls are at their most vibrant, and the neon signs start to glow, giving the city a warm, almost cinematic feel. The only downside is that the main square can get loud in the evenings, so if you’re planning a quiet night in, you might want to reserve the second bedroom for a bit of solitude. Overall, Eleven Inn Apartments Tbilisi feels like a reliable, well‑cared‑for home that lets you soak in the city’s pulse without feeling overwhelmed. The vibe, the location, the little personal touches—it all adds up to a genuinely memorable stay.

Reviews of Eleven Inn Apartments Tbilisi

  • Exceptional – Surya from India – April 20, 2025 (10/10)

Really nice location , well maintained rooms
    Hygienic and everything was excellent

  • Very Good – Андрей from Russia – June 9, 2025 (8/10)

  • Beaucoup de points forts – Bruno from France – March 13, 2025 (8/10)

What could be improved: Je ne demandais pas tant de confort.

Dmitrii from Russia – September 2, 2025 (7/10)

What could be improved:

  • Good – Вадим from Russia – March 3, 2025 (7/10)

What could be improved: Нет полотенцесушителей.

  • Very Good – Kulikov from Russia – December 17, 2024 (8/10)

    What could be improved: вид

  • Super jakość w rozsądnej cenie – Dariusz from Poland – May 23, 2025 (10/10)

Super lokalizacja , czysto , dobre śniadania

    What could be improved: Brak

  • Pleasant – Iryna from Ukraine – June 22, 2025 (6/10)

What could be improved:
