DUPLEX Overview

Just got back from a stay at Tbilisi‘s little gem, DUPLEX, and honestly, it’s one of those places you only discover if you’re willing to wander off the usual tourist map. The hotel sits on 10 Abano Turn, just a stone’s throw from the bustling Abano Street—where the street vendors still serve that legendary khachapuri with a side of fresh lentil soup. If you’re looking to hop on the metro, you’re only a quick walk away from the Tbilisi Metro station, and a five‑minute stroll takes you to the old town’s cobbled lanes, Metekhi Church, and the river’s golden bridge at sunset. The aroma of roasted chestnuts and the distant chatter of locals fill the air as you pass the Tbilisi Botanical Garden, which is practically a neighborhood away.

  Location is superb! The heart of the old town. There are some stairs, so keep in mind for the heavy luggage. Really I was scared after reading reviews, but apartment exceed our expectations. 3 great rooms with comfy beds, each has own toilet/shower, good kitchen, 2 balconies with the amazing view. Right down is waterfall, right in the center of the old town. We stayed with children and just slept there and it was perfect stay. The day we were living owner was changing tubs and showers, so somebody lucky will use new. It's not super new, shower could be a bit more clean, but for us it was totally fine. When we were living owner kept our luggage in the balcony outside till came time to go to the bus. I would definitely stay again with the big company.
