When you’re booking something with a name that sounds like it came from a database, you sort of brace yourself for the worst, you know? But this place actually delivers on what most downtown rentals just promise.

The space itself feels like someone’s actual home rather than a sterile rental unit. The living area has this comfortable, lived-in vibe – good couch that you can actually sink into (not one of those rock-hard things), decent-sized TV, and windows that let in proper natural light during the day. The bedrooms are genuinely separate rooms with real doors, which honestly makes such a difference when you’re traveling with friends or family who keep different schedules. I mean, the master bedroom isn’t huge, but it fits a proper queen bed with space to walk around, and there’s actually closet space for your stuff. The second bedroom works perfectly for kids or that friend who always stays up too late scrolling their phone.

What I really appreciated – and this is going to sound boring but trust me on this – was how functional the kitchen actually is. They’ve got full-size appliances, real counter space for cooking, and all the basics you need if you want to grab groceries instead of eating out every meal. The coffee maker worked perfectly (crucial for morning people like me), and there were enough dishes and utensils that you don’t feel like you’re camping. The bathroom’s clean and modern with good water pressure, though the shower’s a bit on the smaller side – just something to keep in mind if you’re particularly tall. Parking can be tricky downtown, but honestly that’s just city life, and the location means you can walk to most places anyway. The building itself is quiet enough that street noise wasn’t really an issue, even on weekend nights. Check-in was straightforward with clear instructions, and when I had a quick question about the thermostat, someone got back to me within an hour. You know what really sold me on this place though? It’s those little touches that show someone actually cares – decent hangers in the closets, extra blankets that don’t feel like sandpaper, and WiFi that works consistently for video calls. After dealing with so many rentals that nickel and dime every detail, it felt refreshing to find a place that just works without drama.

  Terrific apartment!! It is modern, comfortable, extremely well-equipped, and located within walking distance to (almost) all the sights of Tbilisi! And host (Keti) is friendly, accommodating, easy to contact, and has colloquial english. From the high quality toiletries, to the dishwashing machine, to the softest towels and mattresses, this apartment has it all! This is where we would like to stay every time we come back to Tbilisi.

  Everything was excellent! The apartment is located in the city center, with lots of shops and entertainment nearby. The apartment is clean and neat, there is everything that is needed to cook some food, to iron clothes or to dry the hair. WiFi is working very well.   Place was awesome. Super clean and modern and spacious. Great location near multiple museums, many restaurants and about a five minute walk to Freedom Square. The hosts responded immediately to any inquiry. Most importantly it had 2 full baths and 2 good sized bedrooms and very comfortable living room. We’d definitely recommend and stay again if we return to Tbilisi.

  Wonderful place near major tourist attractions and transportation. The host was responsive and friendly. He helped arrange transportation from the airport and waited for us upon our arrival. The apartment had everything we needed for our six day stay in Tbilisi. Would most definitely recommend.

  Lovely two bedroom apartment in Downtown. Directly beside a convenience store and only a 5 min walk to the Freedom Square. The space is quite large. The internet and TV worked well. The kitchen was well stocked for most things. Good size fridge and freezer. We really enjoyed both the apartment and the neighborhood. We would definitely choose this apartment again if we find ourselves back in Tbilisi.
