The furnishing choices are spot-on without being show-offy, and there’s this lived-in comfort that you just can’t fake in most hotels. Actually, the kitchen setup alone impressed me more than I expected – it’s one of those spaces where you can tell someone thought about how people actually cook and move around, not just how it would look in photos.

What really sets this place apart (and probably explains that crazy-high rating) is the attention to those little things that most places completely ignore. The lighting actually makes sense for different times of day, the Wi-Fi doesn’t mysteriously cut out every twenty minutes, and – this might sound weird – but the water pressure in the shower is absolutely perfect. It’s the kind of place where you find yourself taking mental notes about what your own apartment is missing. Davit, whoever he is, clearly gets what travelers need versus what they think they want. The bed situation is comfortable without being one of those too-soft disasters that leave you feeling like you slept in quicksand, and there’s enough storage space that you’re not living out of your suitcase for your entire stay. Honestly, the whole experience feels more like borrowing a really well-appointed apartment from someone with excellent judgment than staying in typical tourist accommodation.

  This huge appartment is for only you! In a real quite place, near by foot to the city center.
  The kitchen have everything you want, same for the bathroom with washing machine.
  Wifi works perfect.
  You got tea, coffee and fresh fruits when you arrived!

  A very spacious apartment in an amazing location. Feels like you are staying in a peaceful countryside, although it's just a short walk to the Rike park. Davit is an exceptionally friendly and welcoming host.

  I stayed at this place for two weeks, working remotely. That's enough time that you either grow accustomed to a place – or if it's not great, the small things start to annoy you. This place started to feel like home. Lots of space and everything works. I could stay here again, especially if the indoor lightning was improved. This a ground-level floor surrounded by 3-story buildings, and there is very little sunlight coming in – some cheap floor lamps would be a great improvement to get indirect light. The ceiling lamps are a bit harsh for longer stays.

  This is the ground floor of a mansion built about 1900.At 90 square metres it is 3 times the size of usual apartments.Contains attractive period furniture. It has a yard.The owners live on the 2nd and 3rd floors.
  Very big fridge,plenty of kitchen things,the washing machine has an inbuilt dryer.
  There is solid flywire screening completely covering the windows nailed onto the window frames from the outside-it's absolutely impossible for mosquitoes to get in when the windows are open.
  Very large tv screen.

  Such a cozy apartment at an advantageous location to the city (a walk away from the old city). Just a walk up the hill will get you to the 3rd largest church in Christendom. The parking space was right at the entrance on a no outlet side street. The hosts were so kind to leave us some fruit and drinks in the refrigerator. The next day, Davit took us for a walk up the hill and told us a little bit about the area. He also gave us a taste of his saperavi grapes and homemade wine, and dropped off some ice cream to chat awhile before we walked around. This was the best place; we didn't want to leave! Thank you!!

  Davit's apartment is the best place to stay in Tbilisi. It is close to the main tourist attractions, no need to use a car. It also has a supermarket, pharmacy and restaurants nearby. It's great for families as it makes us feel at home. It has all the necessary amenities and the internet is fast. Owners Eka and Davit are very attentive and always willing to help. Eka was fantastic taking us on a walk where we visited Holy Trinity Cathedral and other beautiful places and explaining things only someone who lives there would know! She also bring to us delicious fruits! Your friendliness enchanted us! We will definitely stay at Davit's apartment again!

  The apartment location is very good, which is basically walking distance to everywhere. The rooms are big and comfortable, extremely clean. Kitchen is big and user friendly as well. The owner is very kind and helpful all the time, here is definitely a good choice if you wish to stay in Tbilisi no matter for a short term or long term. If I would come back to Tbilisi in the future, definitely I will choose this apartment again.
