Cute&Tiny -5 minutes walk from Marjanishvili Metro Overview
I dropped into Tbilisi and found the cute little hotel on G. Chubinashvili Street, right in the heart of Chugureti. The first thing you notice is the little sign above the door that reads “Cute&Tiny – 5 minutes walk from Marjanishvili Metro.” It’s a charming, almost quirky name, and honestly, it fits the vibe of the place perfectly. As soon as I stepped inside, the smell of freshly brewed coffee from the tiny on‑site café hit me, and the hum of the city’s traffic outside was just a background buzz that never felt intrusive. The lobby is small but cozy, with a mix of local art and vintage travel posters that give you a sense of the city’s colorful past. The staff greeted me with a warm smile and a quick, efficient check‑in that made me feel right at home—no long waiting lines, just a friendly “Welcome to Tbilisi!” and a key card.
The rooms are where the hotel really shines. They’re tiny, but that’s part of the charm—think of a snug attic loft with a view of the distant hills. The décor is a blend of modern minimalism and Georgian textiles, so you get that homey feel without the clutter. The beds are surprisingly comfortable; the mattress is firm but plush, and the linens have that subtle, natural scent that makes you want to stay in the room a little longer. I took a quick shower in a compact, well‑ipped bathroom that had a power shower and a luxurious showerhead and I left feeling refreshed The small desk and Wi‑ are reliable, though the signal can dip a bit if you’re on the upper floor—just a minor quirk. If you’re a night owl, the noise from the metro can be audible, but it’s usually just a faint rumble, so I didn’t sleep much of the night.
Outside, the hotel’s location is a real treat for a city explorer. The Marjanishvili Metro station is literally a five‑minute walk away—right on the corner of G. Chubinashvili and the old Armenian street. From there, you can hop on the metro and find yourself in the heart of the Old Bazaar or the Georgian National Museum with just a few stops. If you’re into food, the street corner café on G. Chubinashvili Street serves the best paneer‑cheese sandwiches in town, and the aroma of fresh bread wafts through the air as you walk past. For a little cultural dip, the Tbilisi Opera and Ballet Theatre is a short walk beyond the metro, and you can catch a performance in the evening—just bring a jacket because the theater’s air-conditioning can be a bit chilly. There’s also a small parking lot behind the hotel, but it’s more for delivery vehicles; if you need to park your car, the streets around Chugureti are busy, so I’d recommend using the metro or a scooter instead.
The only real downside I noticed was the lack of a proper breakfast area. There’s a small corner where you can grab a bagel or a croissant, but it’s more like a grab‑and‑go setup than a sit‑down breakfast. However, the hotel does provide a continental breakfast kit with a selection of pastries, fruit, and yogurt, which is decent for an early morning or a quick bite before heading out. The staff is always ready to help, and they’re super friendly, which makes staying here feel less like a hotel and more like a local’s neighborhood. All in all, Cute&Tiny is a perfect choice if you’re looking for a snug, authentic spot that keeps you close to the bustle of Tbilisi while offering a quiet, comfortable retreat at the end of a long day.

The name of the accommodation says it all—this is a cute and tiny place, but it has everything you need. Clean, quiet, and a good location. The host was very kind and even offered me a welcome drink (no promises you'll get one in the future, but it was great!). I could see this being a nice base for exploring Tbilisi for one or two people.
The apartment is located right next to the host's home. I felt like I had privacy, but thought it was worth mentioning.

We needed a cheap clean place for a few hours before the flight. And it was a perfect choice, the apartment met our expectations completely. It is really tiny but fully equipped. The location is great – in a quiet street close to Marjanishvili metro station and to the railway station.
