  Fantastic apartment in a good central location, close to all local amenities. I couldn't have been happier with this accommodation.
  George was a friendly and helpful host, the living space was immaculate, and absolutely everything needed for a short or long stay was included.
  The highlight for me was the terrace/ balcony.
  A huge space, with beautiful views, perfect for a relaxing glass of wine in the evenings. There is even a fun hammock and some gym equipment.
  I would quite happily live here, it really is an amazing property.

  Просто великолепно! Квартира, в которой есть всё! Просто всё. Замечательная зона отдыха в квартире и на терассе. Хорошая мебель, хорошая кухня, хорошая ванна, терасса великолепная, открытая, продуваемаея, с гамаком и с спортинвентарем. В спальне еще маленький балкон. На кухне есть всё. Не нашла только половник😁. Наливали суп кружкой 🤣. Но кто на отдыхе ест суп? Вид – 100 из 10. Удобство – 200 из 10! Парковка, это отдельная конфетка, 1000 из 10!!! Закрытая территория на ключе, который нам оставили, при том, что мы машину оставили и забрали ее только в конце пребывания.
  Ключ получили без проблем через сейф, сдали так же.
  Расположение – метро Марджанишвили в 3 минутах. Рядом аптеки, магазины, транспорт, кондитерские, куры гриль, и магазинчик, где можно купить замороженные хинкали и сварить дома.
  Что еще написать не знаю. Если цена , расположение и вместимость устраивает – даже не сомневайтесь. Это правда хорошее жильё. И даже соседи умеют улыбаться.
  А! И хозяин очень приятный в общении, легко выходил на связь, быстро решал вопросы. Прелесть.

  Geweldige locatie — geen taxi of auto nodig, want de meeste bezienswaardigheden zijn op loopafstand. De gastheer is vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Het appartement is schoon en comfortabel, met een prachtig terras en een geweldig uitzicht over de stad. Zeer aan te bevelen.

  Jó elhelyezkedés, tiszta lakás, modern felszereltség, tágas napos terek, fantasztikus kilátás és legfőképp kedves és segítőkész tulajdonos.

  Квартира в самом сердце Тбилиси, Локация супер: рядом кафе, магазины, метро, но при этом тихо и спокойно.
  Очень порадовала идеальная чистота, свежий воздух, удобная мебель и полностью укомплектованная кухня — чувствовали себя как дома с первой минуты! Также хочу отметить два балкона с потрясающим видом на город — один из них уютная веранда, где мы с удовольствием проводили вечера с бокалом вина, наслаждаясь закатами и огнями Тбилиси.
  Отдельная благодарность замечательным хозяевам — очень доброжелательные, внимательные и отзывчивые. Общение было лёгким и приятным с самого начала.
  Если вы ищете уют и комфорт в Тбилиси — однозначно рекомендую эту квартиру!

  Квартира очень понравилась, полностью соответствует фото!
  В квартире есть абсолютно всё для комфортного проживания: техника, мебель, постельные принадлежности, полотенца, кухонная утварь и посуда. Очень удобное расположение – рядом станция метро, автобусные остановки, маркеты, кондитерские, лавочки с овощами/фруктами, ресторанчики, недалеко от центра Тбилиси.
  Владелец квартиры – очень дружелюбный человек. С удовольствием будем останавливаться у него снова. Рекомендуем!

  Очень понравилась квартира. Есть абсолютно все что нужно для комфортной жизни в квартире.
  Владелец доброжелателен и приветлив, может ответить на любой вопрос или помочь чем нужно.
  Парковка во дворе дома с закрываеющимися воротами очень удобна для тех кто пользуется машиной.
  В пределах 3 км находится много разных доспромичательностей Тбилиси , которые можно посетить. Так же есть маркеты ,аптеки, рестораны, метро , канатки и другое, все в пешей доступности.

  Очень большая, красивая и уютная квартира! До метро 3 минуты, тихий центр, старый город в пешей доступности, рядом два супермаркета и лавки с фруктами. В квартире есть все для приготовления пищи – техника, посуда, даже растительное масло. Но самое главное – роскошная терраса с шикарным видом, большим столом, турником и классным гамаком, в котором очень приятно лежать и смотреть на горы! Терраса под навесом и не на солнечной стороне, днем она в тени, так что даже в +36 отдыхать, кушать на ней за столом было совсем не жарко, плюс в обеих комнатах по мощному кондиционеру. Рекомендую!
