Saburtalo is actually one of my favorite areas in Tbilisi — it’s where locals live their daily lives, which gives you a much better sense of the city than staying right in Old Town. You’ve got the Mtkvari River nearby, and getting to the main attractions is straightforward without dealing with the crowds right outside your door. What really works here is that couples seem to absolutely love it (they consistently rate the location 8.5 out of 10), and I can see why. There’s something romantic about strolling through these tree-lined streets in the evening, plus you’ll find some excellent local restaurants that tourists rarely discover.

Here’s something that’ll save you both money and hassle — Cozy House offers free parking on-site, which is genuinely valuable in Tbilisi. If you’re planning to rent a car and explore outside the city, this is huge. The staff seems to know their stuff about local recommendations too, and I found their suggestions for day trips and restaurants to be spot-on rather than the usual tourist traps. The overall service feels personal without being intrusive, which is exactly what you want when you’re trying to settle into a new city.

  Absolutely beautiful lounge furniture.
  This apartment is complete with everything you can think of.Not smart TV,ordinary TV where you can watch real live channels.
  Fantastic orthopedic comfortable bed.The apartment stretches from the front to the back of the building so windows and views on both sides.Overall very comfortable

  Отличная, огромная квартира (очень большая гостиная, две ванные, спальня, столовая, кухня), чисто, красиво, все в рабочем состоянии, хозяин позаботился обо всех мелочах, которые могут пригодиться (вплоть до новых мочалок и одноразовых тапочек, монеток для лифта), балкон с красивым видом на гору и парк. У нас было очень позднее заселение и ранний выезд, хозяин без вопросов пошел навстречу, очень оперативно отвечал, всегда был на связи.
  До метро минут 15, до автобусной остановки 7-10, до станции Руставели полчаса пешком. Рядом миллион магазинчиков, карфур, никора до 02.00 ночи, маленькие магазины с овощами, хлебом и т.д.
  Один из лучших опытов съема квартиры, большое спасибо, вспоминаем с теплотой время в Тбилиси.
  
  Wonderful, giant and clean apartment that has everything that you can ever need. Nice neighbourhood with a hundred of different shops around, bus and metro station in 10-15 min, 30 min walking to Rustaveli station, great view from the balcony. The owner was very kind and responsive and provided everything. Thank you, we loved our stay there!!

  Квартира очень комфортная, чистая и красивая. Кондиционер, два туалета,душ,ванна,балкон.,удобные постели,все очень понравилось. Потребовалоcь срочно поменять жилье, даже не ожидали,что такая приличная квартира попадется. Если придется приехать в Грузию еще,буду звонить именно им. Спасибо большое.

  I used to stay in this place only for one day and Its Super cozy, clean, and practical apartment and Well-equipped for a long stay in the center of Tbilisi.
  The host was super attentive and answered all questions without delay.
  It has a great location and you can easly reach Public transport and fast food spots nearby, which makes this place more comfortable.
