The reception desk is right at the front door, and the staff greet you with a friendly “Good morning!” and a quick, efficient check‑in that doesn’t feel like a chore. I was surprised by the little touches: a handwritten welcome note in Georgian, a small bag of local jams, and a map of the neighborhood with pins on the best coffee shops, the tiny art gallery on Shota Rustaveli Street, and the bus stop that takes you straight to the Old Town. Parking is a bit of a hunt—you’ll need to find a street spot because the hotel’s basement is reserved for guests with reservations, but the city’s free street parking is a stone’s throw away, and the price is reasonable.

The rooms are cozy, as the name suggests. The bedding is ultra‑plush, and the blackout curtains let you sleep even when the city lights flicker outside. I found the noise level surprisingly low; the only sounds were the distant chatter of locals and the occasional traffic hum from the main road.   The apartment is located in the lively Marjanishvili neighbourhood in a short walking distance from the metro station. I thought it was also a great plus that there was a sulphur bath located in 2 min walk on the same street (enjoyed an awesome body scrub by Levan there!). The apartment is indeed cosy as the name suggests. Artsy, tastefully decorated, pleasing to the eye, well equipped and more. For example, a separate warm light above the couch in the living area. A thoughtful detail, much appreciated . The apartment also has two balconies facing east, so you get the morning sun. There were information sheets providing great tips about the neighbourhood as well. As a first timer in Tbilisi I appreciated that a lot. The owners are a young couple, Galina and Alexey, lovely people eager to help with any request.
  
  What could be improved: The apartment is located close to an intersection and there is quite a bit of traffic noise coming into the apartment, also late at night. Depending on one’s sensitivity, a pair of earplugs might help those who are light sleepers.

  Wonderful apartment, perfect hosts. Everything is as in the photos, nothing is broken. The apartment has Wi-Fi, iron, hairdryer, washing machine, air conditioning, 2 balconies, etc. No additional fees. The apartment is clean with designer renovation, the building is modern, the apartment is on the 2nd floor. There is YouTube, bathroom accessories, and even some food 🙂 Bed linen, towels are clean, the bed is comfortable. The location of the apartments is excellent, attractions within walking distance. We were very satisfied. Thank you for such a cozy, clean and beautiful apartment!

  Apartment was very good, clean, where are everything you need. The host are perfect – we had some issue with hot water because of our fault, as soon as I told about it – it was fixed.

  Great location – close to everything you need in Tbilisi – grocery store is downstairs, Fabrika is 3min away, city centre is 10min by foot. Host met us in person to give the keys and provide recommendations for the holidays. The flat is newly renovated and you have everything you need for comfortable living at your fingertips. Highly recommended to every visitor of Tbilisi!

  Ребята, которые сдают эту квартиру просто суперские! Очень отзывчивые и душевные люди!
  Квартира просто супер, сделана была с душой.
  Расположение хорошее, рядом с метро и очень много всяких магазинов и кафе/ ресторанов.
  Мы ни разу не пожалели, что остановились здесь!
  Тбилиси очень душевный город, здесь какой-то особенный вайб))).
  Учите английский, он вам здесь точно понадобится.

  Понравилась квартира. Уютно. Есть всё необходимое для жизни: стиральная машина, утюг, фен, холодильник, кондиционер. Два классных балкончика, на одном можно пить кофе в тени платана:) Фото соответствует описанию. Квартира находится в 10 минутах от метро Марджанишвили. Хозяин был всегда на связи, отвечал на все дополнительные вопросы. Всегда приятно иметь дело с честными и добросовестными людьми, которые поступают словам из Священного Писания: «Стремящийся делать добро пользуется уважением».
