  The owner is very friendly and helped answer some questions as first time visitors to Georgia. There are also three convenience stores on the first floor of the apartment with a variety of items. The Aragveli Metro stop is only a few minutes walk away.

  Supporting from the host was excellent. Any questions, any time. There were no any problem with keys property.
  Convenient location of the apartment, near 2 metro stations, 15 minutes to the center by transport. Lots of grocery stores around. I want to note that it is convenient to work in the apartment, there is a desk and the quality of the Internet is excellent.

  What could be improved: The apartment itself is really old and dirty. Most of furniture should be thrown away. Bad smell: it was smoker home. Cleaning is barely noticeable. I had to clean the floor by myself (I'm not cleaning maniac).

  Хочу отметить, что хозяин был очень приветлив, вежлив. Жертвовал своим комфортом ради нас. Сделал все удобства. Мы очень рады.
  Квартира очень приятная, чистая, уютная. Местоположение отличное, от центра не далеко, есть все транспорты и магазины, которые нужны. Мы довольны!

  Хозяин встретил, помог с чемоданами, оставил монеток для оплаты лифта. В квартире было все необходимое + питьевая вода и средства гигиены. Очень чисто и уютно, есть все необходимое (посуда, утюг, фен и т.п.)
  Месторасположение классное – 5 минут пешком до метро, и две остановки до центра
  WiFi работал стабильно, спутниковое телевидение.
