  Очень красивая квартира. Третий этаж многоэтажки. Парковка вдоль дороги, места немного. Три полноценные комнаты с дверьми, одна из них гостинная с большим диваном и обеденной зоной. Кухня оборудована всем необходимым, рабочая духовка, микроволновка. Совмещенный большой санузел, с водой нет проблем. Если бы кондицинеры во всех спальных функционировали, было бы идеально, так летом душновато, а с открытыми окнами собаки по ночам мешают. До Черепашьего озера пешком дошли за 30 мин в гору, до фуникулера на Мтацминду за 40 мин. Район спокойный, не так многолюдно, как в центре, но много магазинчиков и кофейн. Недалеко агрохаб и карфур. Такси до центра 4 лари. Близко красивый парк Ваке с длинной канаткой за 2 лари. Кафе Воды Лагидзе недалеко. Очень понравился район, больше в центре не останавливаемся, там парковаться нереально.
