You’re genuinely within walking distance of basically everything you’d want to see or do, but – and this is important – you’re not dealing with the constant stream of tourists right outside your door. The building itself feels residential, which means you get that authentic local vibe without sacrificing convenience. Parking can be a bit of a puzzle if you’re driving (aren’t city centers always?), but there are options nearby, and honestly, once you’re settled in, you probably won’t need your car much anyway. The check-in process was refreshingly straightforward too – none of that endless paperwork or waiting around that some places put you through. They clearly know what they’re doing, and with that perfect 10 rating, I can see why guests keep coming back. It’s one of those places where you end up extending your stay if you can, just because leaving feels like giving up something special.

  The neighborhood is very nice. The apartment is one of the best we've lived in. Very clean and tidy , new modern renovation. All amenities are available. Special thanks for the necessary items we found in the apartment like; shampoo, conditioner, also oil, coffee and tea in the kitchen. most pleasant impression of this apartment, we even wanted to extend our stay, but the apartment was already booked in advance, which is not surprising, because it is simply wonderful

  Hospitality is super, and the apartment is cosy. with a touch of the Modern. Also if you would like to visit historical places (like castles and museums), this is the best place, most of them is within walking distance. There are good Georgian Traditional restaurants (taste and value-wise) within 100 meters from the apartment, and the other districts of Tbilisi are within 15-20 minutes of walking (so you save on transport). Overall, a very solid place to stay.

  The reviews are accurate— the location of this apartment is super. It’s less than a minute walk to the restaurants and the main square but still very quiet so it’s great for long term remote-work stays (I stayed over a week).
  The apartment is safe, modern, and has great touches like coffee, tea and sugar, new bed sheets, toiletries etc. It’s very clean and the size of living room is good too. I’m very happy I chose this place, and so will you.
