  The apartment is nearby the river and not far from downtown.There are many shops , supermarkets,minimarts around the building ,some is 24 hours open.

  We stayed 3 days in Tbilisi, 2 nights in this superb apartment, which is provided with everything we needed for a great stay : good beds, large rooms, very well equiped kitchen, wash machine, even booties .
  The district is quiet, with a park near to the flat. The center of the town is about 25 minutes with bus, the bus station is about 5 minutes walk. As so everything was fine, we had a great time there.
  Only we could reccommand with great confident this accommodation.
  I forget mention the hosts, who were very friendly and helpfully.A great thanks for them for everything.

  Amazing place for the long stay. Householder was very understanding about our late check in. Apartments are very comfortable and has very good location for quite living. There's lovely small park with swings near by. Historical part of Tbilisi is 10 minutes away by taxi.

  Понравился номер, этаж был 8-й поэтому мы не испытывали таких проблем с ожиданием лифта, как те, которые проживали выше 15-го этажа. Это связано с долгим ожиданием лифтов. Номер был чистым, к сожалению, во время нашего пребывания шёл постоянный сильный дождь и был ветер, поэтому воспользоваться балконом мы не могли. Вид с балкона хороший, виден был заказ солнца один раз, среди облаков)). Расположение объекта размещения – удачное. Рядом море, набережная, по которой мы прошли не один раз. и в общем-то до старого центра "рукой подать", я имею в виду пешком, не на машине.
  
  What could be improved: Есть большая проблема с парковками. Поэтому каждый раз: как мы брали машину и приезжали обратно, это было сильное испытание припарковаться на ночь.

  Velmi dobře vybavený a útulný apartament. V celkovém počtu 4 lidí jsme zde strávili 3 noci a byli velmi spokojení! Perfektně fungující klima (pouze v obyváku) dokáže velmi rychle vychladit pokoj. To byla záchrana když venku bylo 36 °C. Všechno bylo čisté a hezky zařízené. Velká lednice. Naprosto bezproblémová komunikace a předání klíčů. Stabilní a rychlý internet. V jedné z ložnic je velká šatna, kam se dají dát všechny věci. Hezký balkónek s křesly na posezení + velmi klidná část města. Když zatáhnete závěsy, nepoznáte, že je den, což pomáhá když se chcete dobře vyspat 🙂 Hned pod domem několik malých obchůdků s potravinami.
  Poctivá a velmi mílá majítelka. Po odjezdu jsem tam zapomněla bluetooth sluchátka. Majítelka mě na to upozornila a při zpáteční cestě přes Tbilisi mi je předala, za což moc děkuji 🙂
