  El apartamento está en pleno corazón del casco antiguo, una joya digna de admirar por sus edificios tan deteriorados pero a la vez tan fuertes, resistentes y cuyo mix hace que el barrio sea de una belleza sin igual. El apartamento es muy acogedor, estaba impecable, la reforma es moderna y tiene todos los servicios que necesitas alrededor. Cualquiero problema, los vecinos son muy hospitalarios. Las vistas son muy bellas, especialmente al amanecer y anochecer. Tiene un balcón larguísimo en el que puedes pasar el rato disfrutando del ruido de la naturaleza. Ha sido una experiencia maravillosa.
  
  What could be improved: El dormitorio tiene una leve inclinación en el suelo que hace que duermas como en cuesta, pero yo lo solucioné rápidamente cambiando las almohadas en la otra dirección y todo perfecto!

  Я провёл несколько прекрасных дней в Тбилиси с 8 по 11 мая и остановился в этой уютной квартире в самом центре города. Все достопримечательности были в шаговой доступности, при этом в доме было тихо и спокойно — идеальное сочетание для комфортного отдыха. Утренний кофе на балконе, общение с доброжелательными грузинскими соседями — всё это добавило особую атмосферу.
  В квартире есть всё необходимое: кондиционер, микроволновка, стиральная машина и другие удобства. Всё было чисто, удобно и уютно.
  Отдельное спасибо хозяину — очень отзывчивый и добродушный человек.
  С удовольствием вернусь сюда снова!

  Квартира с приятым ремонтом, очень уютная. Месторасположеие идеальное, в пешей доступости все основные достопримечательости Тбилиси. Квартира находится в старом, аутентичном доме – проживание в ней позволяет почувствовать себя настоящим местным жителем. Соседи – очень милые и отзывчивые люди, к ним всегда можно было обратиться за помощью.

  Расположение потрясающее! Центр старого города. Все необходимое в пешей доступности продуктовые магазины, кафе, рестораны.
  Сам дом и лестница очень атмосферные. Хозяин всегда на связи. В доме всегда было тихо. Удобная кровать. Квартира не прокурена, в посуточной аренде это редкость.
  
  What could be improved: Подтекает душ. Грязный унитаз, под стульчаком остались следы жизнедеятельности предыдущих жильцов, но это скорее случайность, т.к. все остальное в квартире было чисто.
  Далее скорее пожелания, что можно сделать лучше. В спальне нет штор, соответственно утром в комнате рано становится светло. Нет сушилки для вещей после стирки, но есть возможность повесить на улице на веревке. Не хватает полок для размещения вещей и зеркала в полный рост, есть зеркало только в ванной.

  Хорошее расположение , до всех достопримечательностей можно дойти пешком
  Присутствие балкона, где можно посидеть , а также есть бельевая веревка для сушки белья
  Хорошая зона кухни , большой хороший холодильник
  Довольно просторная кухня -гостиная
  Есть газовое отопление (было актуально, так как на улице ночью уже было +5-7 градусов)
  
  What could be improved: Расположение унитаза (на фото он стоит по-другому). На деле- под 90 градусов к данному расположению и сесть на него не удается прямо (иначе ударяешься лбом в полотенцесушитель)
  
  Душевая внизу подтекает. Унитаз подтекает .
  
  Для любителей тепла, как в рф квартирах : не будет так жарко, так как максимальная температура газового котла 52 градуса. Тепло , но не так, чтобы в шортах ходить) + окна деревянные – поддувает. Газовой котел стоит на улице. То включается, то выключается. За 2 дня до отъезда обнаружили, что утечка газа есть (на балконе был запах газа, когда котел включался). Сказала хозяйке апартаментов . Обещала, что вызовет мастера и говорила не беспокоиться , но за 2 дня мастер не пришел. Хотелось уже быстрее с этого жилья съехать.
  
  Уровень пола неровный, особенно в спальне (значительно) , из-за этого при входе в жилье немного кружится голова
  
  Важно, что жилье на 3м этаже . Потолки высокие. Свет на лестнице только на 1 этаже, дальше , если возвращаетесь вечером, с фонариком , чтобы не навернуться)) Само жилье немного в горку (когда идешь обратно вечером из центра,это ощущается ) . С детьми и беременным я бы не советовала .
  
  В гостиной неприятно пах диван (возможно, до нас ночевали там с домашними животными). Не сидели на нем, поэтому смысл зоны гостиной для нас отсутствовал:(

  What could be improved: Die Wohnung befindet sich im dritten Stock, mühsam wenn man Gepäck hat .
  Schlechte Ausstattung , keine Ablagefläche im Zimmer , nicht mal ein kleiner Couchtisch. Auch kein Spiegel in der Wohnung, bis auf ein kleiner im Bad .
  Küche hat nicht mal Abfalleimer .
  Schlafzimmer winzig ,
  kein Vorhang im Schlafzimmer , man muss mit den ersten Sonnenstrahlen aufwachen, da die direkt aufs Bett strahlen. Keine Möglichkeit Zimmer zu lüften. Steckdose im Schlafzimmer ist defekt und gefährlich glaube ich .
  Bad enorm winzig und muffelig . Auch keine Ablagefläche im Bad . Auch nicht wirklich sauber .
