I mean, how many times have you stayed somewhere called “cozy” that felt like a sterile hotel room? This place is different, though. The moment you walk in, it feels like you’re crashing at a friend’s place who happens to have really good taste.

The apartment has this lived-in warmth that’s hard to fake – I’m talking about the kind of lighting that makes everyone look good, books scattered around that people have actually read, and a kitchen stocked with proper coffee (not those sad little packets). The space flows really well too, which matters more than you might realize when you’re trying to unpack or just want to sprawl out after a long day of exploring. I loved that there were charging stations in logical places – whoever set this up clearly travels themselves. The bed situation is solid, and I sleep terribly in new places, so that’s saying something. Plus, the shower pressure is excellent, which honestly makes or breaks a stay for me.

What really sets this place apart is the attention to those small details that show someone cares. There’s actually decent Wi-Fi throughout (tested it while video calling from the kitchen), blackout curtains that work properly, and – this might sound weird but hear me out – the towels are the good kind, not those scratchy things that feel like sandpaper. The whole setup just works, you know? It’s the kind of place where you find yourself thinking “I could actually live here” instead of counting down the days until checkout. The 4-star rating feels right, and that perfect 10 from other guests makes total sense once you’ve stayed there. It’s not trying to be fancy or impress anyone – it’s just genuinely comfortable and well thought out, which is exactly what you want when you’re away from home.

  The apartment absolutely corresponds to the pictures, is incredibly lovingly and stylishly furnished and above all absolutely clean. We also loved the location, as we were immediately at the city center for one, but also in a very cozy area, you can reach the shopping street in 3 minutes, and it's also a great place to have dinner outside.
  Check-in was very straightforward and the host was really very, very nice. We will definitely return 🙂

  At first I wasn't expecting much. However, the host was very kind, and it was very comfortable because the host was living in the same building where we were. He provided literally everything we asked for… it was nice and very confusing at the same time . The room, living room and bathroom are very clean, well maintained and very spacious. Next time I come to Tbilisi, I will stay here.

  Great location and value for money. Spacious apartment and had everything we needed for our short stay in Tbilisi! Everything can be reached by foot. You can also find parking spots on the street which are quite affordable. Communication with host was super easy, arrival and departure went smoothly.

  Сама квартира красивая и находится в центре города. Мы также приготовили ужин и завтраки в квартире, Конечно, рядом с квартирой есть очень хорошие рестораны, но если вы хотите сделать что-то самостоятельно, нужно будет совершить некоторые покупки.
