The front door is a simple wooden slab, and the hallway smells faintly of fresh coffee—thanks to the café downstairs that always has a line of people laughing over chai. You know what, the check‑in was surprisingly quick; the manager greeted me with a smile, handed over a key card, and handed me a paper map of the area with a handwritten note: “Don’t miss Shardeni Street.” I mean, that kind of personal touch is rare.

The apartment itself is a cozy two‑bedroom space that feels like a modern flat‑share more than a hotel. The living area is bright, with large windows that frame the city skyline—just enough light to keep the room from feeling cramped. Honestly, the view from the balcony is a game‑changer; you can watch the sun set behind the Mtatsminda Park and hear the distant hum of traffic from the main boulevard. The beds are comfy, but the mattress is on the firmer side—so if you’re a light sleeper, you might want to bring a pillow. The bathroom is surprisingly spacious; the shower has a rain‑shower head that feels like a spa, although the water pressure can be a bit weak in the evenings. I found the kitchenette surprisingly well stocked—batteries for a kettle, a small fridge, and a few spices that hint at the local cuisine. You can whip up a quick bowl of khachapuri or a simple pasta dish in minutes.

Parking is a bit of a hassle, honestly. The nearest street parking is on a narrow lane that only fits one car, so I had to leave my keys on a hook in the lobby and walk to the next block for a parking spot, which takes about 10 minutes. But you know what? The noise level inside the apartment is almost nonexistent; the building is old enough to insulate you from the street, yet close enough that you can still hear the occasional trumpet from a nearby street musician. If you’re a night owl, the city can get noisy around 11 pm, but the apartment’s windows are thick and the floorboards are sound‑proofed, so you’ll sleep soundly. The only real critique was that the Wi‑Fi was a bit spotty on the second floor during the peak tourist season—though I did get a stronger signal on the balcony by moving a bit. Overall, the Cozy apartment offers a genuine slice of Tbilisi life without the fluff of a typical hotel, and I’d recommend it for anyone who wants to feel like a local rather than a tourist.

  It was extremely hot outside, and very comfortable inside! The host is very hospitable and nice. The apartment is located in a charming neighborhood. We enjoyed staying there.

  I needed to work during my stay – the Internet connection was good enough. The apartment also has necessary kitchen utensils, fridge and stove so I could prepare the food as needed. The price was very good, so it is good value for money.

  The size of the apartment, comfy bed, decently equipped kitchen, cleanliness, easy communication with the owner. In the nearby streets there are several supermarkets open till 10 PM (Carrefour and Spar). Located in a rather quiet street, 15-20 minutes on foot (partially along pretty steep streets) to the nearest metro station Rustaveli.
  
  What could be improved: Even if we've stayed for 11 nights, bedding and towels have never been replaced nor a spare set was provided (fortunately, a washing machine and a drying rack were available). The fridge (although rather big) lacks a freezer compartment. Please note that lhe walls of the apartment are covered with white plastic sheets that perfectly imitate brickwork, which some people may find uncomfortable.

  It was a comfortable stay. The apartment was clean when I arrived. The kitchen and bathroom were equipped with essential items for a 3-night stay like what I had. The owner was accommodating with my request to arrive earlier than the check-in time so that I can at least drop my suitcase. They also immediately informed me when the room was ready and I could come back.
  
  What could be improved: The water from the shower leaks all over the floor. It would also be nice to have a small reading light near the bed. On my first night, I heard a loud banging noise on the door or window. Maybe it was from the neighbors but it sounded like it was on the outside of the apartment. I also never had a taxi that knew or found the address in one try.

  Clean and beautifully renovated space. Provision of all cleaning products as well as shampoo etc. Very thoughtful. Close to all amenities. Very convenient.

  Чувство, что снова вернулись домой, как будто-то и не уезжали. Все в отличном состоянии, как и было(как на фото). Есть абсолютно все для комфортного проживания. Кондиционера нет, но не смотря на такую жару на улице, с вентилятором и осушителем воздуха совсем не жарко, а после душа даже прохладно). Лучшее местоположение, что бы и в старом городе погулять и попасть в другие места. Хорошая транспортная развязка, рядом все необходимые магазины. Улица тихая, машины под окнами не ездят, можно спокойно выспаться. Даже уезжать не хочется. А хозяин просто душка, дождется и примет в любое время, а это очень важно, когда дорога непредсказуема и не знаешь когда точно приедешь.
