  I was very satisfied with the apartment. Everything was excellent. It’s close to the metro and also near the city center. It has a beautiful view of the city. The apartment was very comfortable. It turned out even better than I expected. It has all the necessary conditions for living.

  The location is great,next to Isani Mall. All what you need is around you. The apartment is very clean. The owner is very responsive. The view is amazing. All the electric appliances are in a great condition and easy to use. The building is very quite and safe.

  What could be improved: A 5 liter bottle is kept in the balcony to collect the waste water from AC unit. We have to manage that or it will overflow and drain to the below apartment balcony.

  What could be improved: Most annoying thing was that there were some construction at the apartment next to us and very noisy drilling which was very unpleasant. Kitchen equipped poorly, no pan only few pots and the dishes and cutlery were old and not really clean, we washed anything we used before. The apartment wasn’t really clean either, the bed mattress wasn’t comfortable and bed sheets were old and warn out too. The bidet at the toilet was broken, no handle, just a hose hanging around and wetting the floor after use. Even as a “budget “ option the equipment should be improved

  Хорошая квартира, светлая, уютная. В шаговой доступности магазины, метро, автовокзал.
  Всё необходимое есть. Балкон с отличным видом на город.
  Был ранний заезд. Пустили без сложностей и доплат, что очень порадовало.
  
  Не хватало большого ножа. Маленький нож был очень острый, но арбуз им сложно резать.

  Очень понравилась квартира и все удобства, отличное размещение территориально – все рядом, магазин аптека остановка, рядом круглосуточный магазин. Два спальных места + раскладная кровать, все необходимое есть – полотенца, постельное, посуда, приборы, микроволновка, стиралка, холодильник с морозильной камерой, фен, телевизор, вайфай, даже утюг есть. Очень уютно, как дома. И прекрасный вид на город! А еще очень отзывчивый и приятный хозяин, мы смогли заселиться в удобное для нас время. Я очень довольна, остались положительные впечатления, не хотелось уезжать. Если есть сомнения – смело выбирайте данный вариант, эта квартира прекрасный выбор.

  Расположение отличное, в 15 минутах от аэропорта Тбилиси и 15 минутах от самого центра города. Рядом большой магазин со всем необходимым, маленькие лавочки с фруктами и овощами, полуфабрикатами, выпечкой и тд. Вид из окна на миллион! У нас было несколько проблем и хозяин был всегда на связи, что очень приятно! В квартите чисто, соседи тихие, вся необходимая посуда есть в наличии. Есть так же фен, утюг, стиральная машина и сушилка для постиранного белья.
  
  What could be improved: Понравилось все, но было бы полезно оставить листок с краткой информацией о, например, пароле от wi-fi, инструкцией по использованию стиральной машиной, телевизором. В ванной хорошо бы иметь резиновую швабру, чтобы вытирать полы после принятия душа. И хорошо бы поставить гель для душа в ванную. Это мелочь, но на это обращаешь внимание.
