  – Good supermarket in 3 minutes walk from appartment with all necessary thing
  – AC's keeping it cool even in hot weather(it was 30+ for our entire stay)
  – Fully equiped kitchen with all necessary things, some of them begging for renovation, but they work
  – For us it was good quality/price relation
