Look, I’ll be honest – when I first heard about Concept14/16, I wasn’t sure what to expect from a place with such an abstract name. But walking through those doors was like stepping into someone’s really well-curated dream, if that makes sense. This isn’t your typical five-star hotel where everything feels predictable and sterile. There’s something almost gallery-like about the whole experience, which I mean in the best possible way – you know how some art spaces make you feel more aware of everything around you? That’s the vibe here.

What really got me was how they’ve managed to create this sense of intimacy despite clearly having serious money behind the operation. The staff actually remembers your coffee preference after like, two days, and not in that forced “we’re reading it off a screen” way – it feels genuine. I stayed there during what seemed like a pretty busy period, but honestly, you’d never know it from the noise levels or service quality. The rooms have this incredible attention to detail that you don’t notice all at once – it’s more like discovering little thoughtful touches throughout your stay. The lighting alone probably took someone months to get right, and the bed situation? Let’s just say I spent way too much time trying to figure out their thread count because I wanted to recreate it at home.

Here’s what I really appreciated though – they don’t try to overwhelm you with a million amenities you’ll never use. Instead, everything they do offer is just… perfect. The breakfast setup isn’t some massive buffet chaos, but rather this carefully selected spread that actually makes you want to wake up early. And parking – which I know sounds boring but hear me out – was completely painless, which if you’ve stayed at boutique hotels before, you know is basically a miracle. I did notice they seem to attract a pretty design-conscious crowd, so if you’re looking for that classic business hotel atmosphere, this might feel a bit too cool-kid for you. But honestly? That’s part of what makes it special. It’s the kind of place that makes you want to dress a little better and actually use the hotel bar instead of just ordering room service. By the time I checked out, I was already planning my next visit – and trust me, that doesn’t happen often.

  Very polite and helpful service, the apartment was cozy, clean, well equipped. The shower in particular stood out. The bed was cozy. The espresso machine didn’t work but it happens with this model. Incredible location next to everything. Early check in was a lifesaver.

  This place is situated in the heart of Tbilisi, in the Vera district. You'll discover numerous excellent dining options, some even within the same building. The place itself is truly remarkable; there's nothing quite like it in all of Georgia. The apartments are brand new, impeccably clean, and exceptionally comfortable for any length of stay, even as long as half a year. The staff members are absolutely fantastic; they're always ready to assist and extend a warm welcome. You can sense that this place was crafted with great care. We've genuinely cherished our time here and look forward to returning.

  в Тбилиси бываю 4-5 раза в год по делам, за 4 года это лучший апарт-отель из тех что пробовал! просторные номера 50+ квадратов (только внимательно, не во всех есть норм балкон), большая душевая, кофемашина и отличная кровать, я очень доволен.
  Отдельно хочу отметить сервис – быстро, четко, ненавязчиво и все в интересах клиента и это прямо чувствуется. После первой ночи отпал сразу вопрос пчм такая цена за ночь, ребята очень вкладываются в сервис и оно того стоит.
  
  ну и расположение – то что меня изначально подкупило, идеальное место если нужно быть неподалеку от Руставелли но хочется современное и комфортное жилье – в "старом городе" с этим всегда сложно.

  Очень удобное место расположения. Минимальный контакт с персоналом, при очень внимательном подходе ко встрече гостей.
  Качественный сон, наличие всех возможных косметических принадлежностей, мягкие полотенца, удобные халаты.
  Пространство самого номера впечатляет, все выполнено с требованием современных реалий. Рекомендую!!!
