Honestly, I wasn’t expecting much from Comfy point in the city center when I first booked it – the name sounds pretty generic, right? But you know what, sometimes the most straightforward places surprise you the most. This 4-star spot actually lives up to its promise, and I mean that in the best possible way.

Walking into the lobby, there’s this immediate sense that someone really thought about what travelers actually need. The lighting isn’t too harsh (thank goodness – I hate those sterile hotel vibes), and the check-in process was refreshingly quick. I actually got to my room about twenty minutes early, which never happens to me. The staff seemed genuinely happy to be there, not just going through the motions, and they knew the area well enough to give me solid restaurant recommendations that weren’t just the touristy spots everyone suggests.

What really won me over, though, was how they’ve nailed the details that matter when you’re actually living somewhere for a few days. The beds are properly comfortable – not too soft, not like sleeping on concrete – and the pillows actually stay fluffed. There’s enough desk space to spread out if you need to work, and the WiFi doesn’t cut out every five minutes like so many places. The bathrooms have good water pressure (seriously underrated), and they stock decent toiletries, not those tiny bottles of mystery liquid. I also loved that the windows actually open – you’d be surprised how many hotels have sealed you in completely these days. Being right in the city center, you might expect noise issues, but the rooms are well-insulated. I could hear a bit of street life during the day, but it felt more like a pleasant city soundtrack than disruptive noise.

The location really is perfect if you want to explore on foot. You’re close enough to everything that matters, but tucked away just enough that you’re not dealing with constant crowds right outside your door. I found myself walking to dinner most nights because there are so many good options within a few blocks – everything from casual cafes to more upscale places. And honestly, after staying at places where a perfect rating felt like marketing fluff, this 10-rating actually makes sense. It’s not trying to be the fanciest place in town, but everything works exactly as it should, the staff genuinely cares, and you feel comfortable from the moment you arrive. Sometimes that’s worth more than marble lobbies and overpriced minibars, you know?

  Stayed a few nights
  Apt is atypical, restored in a modern house, fully equipped, kitchen was also well equipped so we weer able to cook there, nice, soft bedding and nice new sheets!
  It's simple and you feel good there. Located on the ground floor, the street is very quiet and shops are a 5 minute walk. Ideal place to stay.

  Host was a real master of his job, met us on arrival and checked us in smoothly. He showed us around and there were many lovely and thoughtful touches to make our stay fantastic. gave us several helpful suggestions for local restaurants which were very useful for us. The apartment is better than you expect from the pictures. We would recommend it to families and groups of friends without hesitation. The location is perfect and everything is within walking distance. We had a perfect week, even the weather was kind!

  Excellent location. Comfy beds. Great bonus to have a well working washer/dryer in the apt. There’s fully equipped kitchen, coffee, tea and sugar was a very nice, attentive touch and we very much appreciate it, overall well worth what we paid and the location just could not have been better.
