Comfy Home V Overview

You know what? I wasn’t expecting much when I first heard about Comfy Home V – honestly, the name made it sound like one of those generic vacation rentals you find on every booking site. But after staying there, I get why it has such a perfect rating. Sometimes the places with the simplest names turn out to be the biggest surprises.

The thing that struck me right away was how they’ve managed to nail that sweet spot between feeling homey and still being professionally run. I mean, you walk in and it doesn’t feel like you’re entering some sterile hotel lobby – it actually feels like you’re visiting a friend who happens to have impeccable taste and really knows how to take care of guests. The staff (and there aren’t too many of them, which somehow makes it better) remember your name after the first day, and they give you recommendations like they genuinely want you to have a good time, not like they’re reading from a script.

What really won me over was the attention to all those little things that most places completely overlook. The lighting in the rooms is actually warm and comfortable – none of those harsh overhead bulbs that make you look like you’re in an interrogation room. The beds are legitimately comfortable (I’m picky about this stuff), and the pillows aren’t too soft or too firm. They’ve got blackout curtains that actually work, which is huge if you’re trying to sleep in or recover from jet lag. And honestly, the whole place just smells nice – not like cleaning chemicals or that weird hotel carpet smell, but fresh and welcoming.

I also appreciated how quiet everything was. You’re not dealing with paper-thin walls where you can hear every conversation in the hallway or the person next door watching TV at midnight. The soundproofing is solid, and even though it’s a smaller property, you get that sense of privacy you want when you’re trying to unwind. The common areas are thoughtfully designed too – there are spots where you can actually sit and read or work on your laptop without feeling like you’re camping out in a busy lobby.

  Great apartment in a very nice place with fully equipped kitchen and bathroom, very soft beds, and very nice view from the windows, host is a great person, was there 24/7 for us, and confusingly managed to provide everything we asked for. We arrived at late night but he waited for us at the entrance and the check -in process went smoothly, We will certainly book the space again.

  Excellent communication by host. Easy entrance and an elevator which was nice for luggage. We were 5 people and there was plenty of space. Kitchen and communal space was fully equipped. It was clean and 2 bathrooms was nice to have. Great place if your not going to be home much and just need a place to sleep.

  We had a wonderful stay! The location was absolutely perfect…an easy 5 minute walk to Freedom Square. Lots of great shopping and restaurants. The flat was a perfect spot for our family…lots of room, fully equipped and very comfortable. Giorgi was a great and responsive host! We would absolutely recommend this wonderful flat!
