Here’s the thing about staying in Mtatsminda — you’re positioned perfectly to explore everything Tbilisi has to offer without feeling like you’re stuck in a tourist bubble. The funicular railway is practically on your doorstep, which locals will tell you is the best way to get those stunning city views. What really impressed me though was the parking situation — finding free private parking in central Tbilisi is like striking gold, and they’ve actually managed to pull it off. No circling blocks or paying ridiculous fees, which honestly made my entire stay less stressful.

The Space

The room itself feels more like staying in a well-appointed city apartment than a typical hotel setup. There’s this comfortable, lived-in quality that makes you feel settled rather than just passing through. The kitchen area is genuinely functional — not one of those token setups with a mini-fridge and nothing else. I actually found myself making coffee there most mornings, which saved both time and money compared to hunting down cafes every day.

It is very comfortable, very nice sofa and softest beds, host spoke english very well, was always approachable and available, he suggested very nice dining places, we’ve heard about georgian traditional food, but when we tasted, it exceeded our expectations, location was perfect, very close to everything and same time very cosy. Very recommended

  Perfect location ! If you love walking this is the perfect place to stay and walk to all the major sites with plenty of restaurants close by to choose from for breakfast, lunch or dinner. Host went out of their way to make us comfortable and he even provided a map where they outlined and explained to us the best walking routes from the place. Loved everything about our stay and would definitely stay here again.

Also, the transfer service was really good, guided us all the way to the apartment and spoke english very well, weI would recommend this apartment to anyone.

  Host was a real master of his field, he always communicated quickly. The check in process was easy. Hes apartment is beautiful and very clean. The location is perfect! Walkable to everything, right next to liberty Square. The air conditioning was perfect and the beds very comfortable. I would not hesitate to book this apartment again.
