You know what caught me off guard about Comfy Home l? That name actually undersells what you’re getting here. I mean, sure, it sounds like someone’s spare bedroom listing, but this 4-star spot honestly delivers way more than the modest branding suggests. Walking in, there’s this immediate sense that someone actually thought about how people live and move through a space – not just how to cram in the most rooms possible.

The thing that really sold me was how quiet it gets at night. I’m talking proper sleep quiet, which is honestly rare these days. The rooms have this lived-in comfort that’s hard to fake – like staying at a well-traveled friend’s place who happens to have excellent taste in linens and lighting. The staff genuinely seems to care about the small stuff too. Check-in was smooth (no waiting around while they “find your reservation”), and they actually remembered my coffee preference by day three, which… I don’t know, it’s those little touches that stick with you.

What’s interesting is how this place manages to feel both polished and unpretentious at the same time. The common areas have character without trying too hard – real books on the shelves, not just decoration, and seating that’s actually comfortable for more than ten minutes. I spent a surprising amount of time just hanging out in their lobby area, catching up on work and people-watching. The Wi-Fi is solid throughout, by the way, which matters more than it should. Honestly, with a 9.7 rating, I was expecting maybe some of that artificial perfection you get at chain hotels, but this feels more… authentic, I guess? Like they’re focused on actually hosting people rather than just processing them through. It’s the kind of place where you’d genuinely want to stay again, not just because it was fine, but because it actually enhanced the trip.

  Building is Above Rustaveli avenue which is centrallest avenue of the city.

  Amazing host! met us at the place even though we were checking in later at night. He was so kind, provided a crib for our 3 year old. The balcony was beautiful, and the home was comfortable and clean.

  Excellent apartment. It is very comfortable, very nice sofa and softest beds, host spoke english very well, was always approachable and available, he suggested very nice dining places, we’ve heard about georgian traditional food, but when we tasted, it exceeded our expectations, location was perfect, very close to everything and same time very cosy. Very recommended

  Perfect location ! If you love walking this is the perfect place to stay and walk to all the major sites with plenty of restaurants close by to choose from for breakfast, lunch or dinner. Host went out of their way to make us comfortable and he even provided a map where they outlined and explained to us the best walking routes from the place. Loved everything about our stay and would definitely stay here again.

  This apartment is in a great position, right in the center of Tbilisi. The apartment is beautiful, modern and cozy. Host was a great, helpful and kind host. Also, the transfer service was really good, guided us all the way to the apartment and spoke english very well, weI would recommend this apartment to anyone.

  Host was a real master of his field, he always communicated quickly. The check in process was easy. Hes apartment is beautiful and very clean. The location is perfect! Walkable to everything, right next to liberty Square. The air conditioning was perfect and the beds very comfortable. I would not hesitate to book this apartment again.
