Look, I’ll be honest – when I first heard the name Comfy Home III, I wasn’t expecting much. It sounds like something you’d find listed between a gas station motel and someone’s spare bedroom on a budget travel site. But you know what? Sometimes the most unassuming places completely blow you away, and this 4-star spot is exactly that kind of pleasant surprise.

The thing that struck me right away was how they’ve managed to nail that sweet spot between feeling like an actual home and having all the services you want from a proper hotel. I mean, the lobby doesn’t try to impress you with some over-the-top chandelier or marble everything – instead, it feels like walking into a really well-designed friend’s living room, if that friend happened to have impeccable taste and a serious coffee machine. The staff genuinely seems to remember your name after the first day, which honestly caught me off guard. There’s this one front desk person (I think her name was Sarah?) who somehow remembered I liked my morning coffee black and always had a cup ready when I’d head out for the day.

What really sets this place apart though – and I’m talking perfect 10 rating territory here – is how they handle the little things that actually matter when you’re traveling. The wifi doesn’t mysteriously cut out every time you try to video call home, the shower pressure is actually strong enough to wake you up in the morning, and the beds? They’ve got this just-firm-enough mattress situation that doesn’t leave you feeling like you slept on a rock or sank into quicksand. Plus, the rooms are properly soundproofed, which you don’t realize you need until you’re trying to sleep and can’t hear your neighbor’s late-night Netflix binge through the walls. The housekeeping team clearly takes pride in their work too – I came back one afternoon to find they’d not only restocked everything but had folded my hastily-thrown clothes on the chair into this neat little pile. Small gesture, but it made my day. Honestly, after staying here, I get why they went with “Comfy Home” in the name – it actually delivers on that promise without feeling like they’re trying too hard to be something they’re not.

  We stayed in the apartment on our visit to Tbilisi. New block with quality finishes. Secured both at the main entrance and at the underground parking. The apartment is beautiful, equipped with everything you need for a successful visit. Location is very good right in the heart of Tbilisi, there is even a park nearby as you get out of the building. Hosting team were great, helped us with all of our luggage, answering any questions we had. Thank you definitely recommend!!!

  This would probably rank as #1 apartment in Tbilisi. Just perfect across the board. The apartment was designed in modern style, it was clean and cozy with absolutely everything you need whether it’s a short or longer stay. Location is great, apartment even had it’s private parking spot which is a huge plus, and the host was not only responsive and helpful, but went above and beyond to accommodate some of my additional requests, which ultimately made my stay as lovely as possible. Highly recommending it, without any hesitation

  Very modern apartment in a great location, right in the center of city, Everything exceeded our expectations. Easy to check in. It was very cold outside when we arrived there, but when we get inside, the heating was already turned on. Building was surrounded with all the necessary facilities like supermarkets and pharmacies, we felt like the host was waiting for us and already take care of every detail for hosting us. I would totally stay here the next time I’m in Tbilisi.

  The apartment is large and roomy. It is well appointed and stocked with a washer, dishwasher, pots and pans, dishes, microwave, kettle, etc. There are two full bedrooms, which was very convenient for two couples. Would stay here again.

It is pleasant to be in the apartment – there is a complete set of everything necessary for a comfortable stay.
