I mean, when I first saw it listed as a 4-star property, I was expecting something decent but pretty standard – instead, I walked into what honestly feels like staying at your most stylish friend’s place, if that friend happened to have impeccable taste and a serious attention to detail.

The moment you step inside, there’s this immediate sense of… well, being home, but the elevated version. The lobby doesn’t try too hard with marble and chandeliers like so many hotels do – instead, it’s got these warm wood accents and lighting that actually makes you look good in selfies (trust me, I tested this extensively). What really impressed me was how quiet everything stays, even during what seemed like busy periods. I’m usually the person complaining about hallway noise at 2 AM, but honestly, the soundproofing here is something else. The rooms themselves strike this perfect balance between being stylish without feeling like you can’t touch anything. The beds are properly comfortable – not just hotel-marketing comfortable, but actually sink-into-them-after-a-long-day comfortable. And can we talk about the bathroom situation? Because they’ve got this rainfall shower setup that doesn’t do that annoying thing where the water pressure drops to nothing the second someone else in the building turns on a tap.

Here’s what I really appreciate though – the staff genuinely seems to know what they’re doing. Check-in was smooth without being overly scripted, and when I had questions about the area, I got actual helpful answers instead of just being handed a generic tourist brochure. The housekeeping is thorough but not intrusive, and they remember little preferences without you having to ask twice. Look, I’ve stayed at places that cost twice as much and delivered half the experience, so when somewhere manages to nail both the comfort factor and the service without feeling pretentious about it, that’s worth noting. If you’re looking for a place that’ll take care of you without any drama – somewhere you’ll actually want to come back to at the end of the day instead of just tolerate – this is definitely worth considering.

  So glad I chose this lovely apartment over staying in a hotel. The location is stunning, the apartment is impeccably clean, and it's conveniently situated in the center of everything. The host was very friendly and helpful. He arranged a transfer service to meet us in the airport, the driver met us there, assisted us with our luggage and provided fascinating stories about historical castles and churches on the way. He was a very interesting person. Overall it was a great stay, I look forward to returning and staying here again.

  Very clean, quiet, easy to find, exactly as advertised, plenty of space which allows for some privacy for families, very close to the Liberty square (Tbilisi center), restaurants etc. Gorgi was super nice, always reachable and with great recommendations for local restaurants and other tourist attractions.   The host provided us with a baby cot which meant a lot to us. The apartment is in a great location, in the city center, and Set protected from city noise and surrounded by supermarkets, pharmacies and greenery.

Giorgi organized the airport pickup and drop off. The apartment is very clean and has everything we needed for our stay as 5 people! Very well recommended!
