No stiff corporate script, just a genuine exchange that made me feel like I was stepping into a neighbor’s home rather than an impersonal hotel.

The flat itself is a four‑star gem that balances comfort with a touch of Georgian charm. The living area has a sofa that actually folds into a bed—super handy for a night or two—while the kitchen is equipped with a stove, a fridge, and, surprisingly, a kettle that boils water in under a minute. I spent my first evening sipping tea on the small balcony, listening to the distant hum of traffic from the avenue and the occasional clatter of a street vendor’s cart. The room’s walls are painted in muted earth tones, and the carpet feels surprisingly soft underfoot; it’s the kind of texture that makes you want to linger. The Wi‑Fi connection is solid, which is crucial because I was streaming a documentary on Georgian history all night.   Прекрасная квартира на первом этаже с отдельным входом в уютном дворике в самом центре одного из двух туристических центров города всего в 3 минутах от метро Марджанишвили. Квартира уютная и всем обставлена. Удобные кровати – двуспальная внузи и 3 отедльные на полуэтаже. На улице небольшой балкончик со столом и стульями. Кондиционер прекрасно справлялся с 35 градусов жары.
  
  What could be improved: Кто-то уволок штопор – не могу поверить, чтобы в Грузии в доме не было штопора :)) И мало розеток, берите удлинитель 🙂

  Это были одни из лучших апартаментов и самые дружелюбные хозяева — очень гостеприимные, создали все условия для комфортного проживания. Внутри было чисто, уютно и просторно. Вся техника работала, посуды было достаточно. Район тихий, есть парковка для машины. Кровати удобные, постельное бельё и полотенца — чистые. Мы чувствовали себя как дома.
  
  What could be improved: Единственный минус — в туалете не было половой тряпки, и после душа оставалось много воды на полу. Всё остальное было отлично.

  Уже не в первый раз останавливаемся на этой улице в районе метро. Расположение отличное, всё рядом: метро, магазины, кафе, сухой мост.
  Квартира в хорошем состоянии, есть всё необходимое для проживания. Если нужно что-то, отзывчивые хозяева оперативно решат вопрос.

  Отдыхали большей семьёй в мае.
  Апартаменты с симпатичным дизайном и отдельным входом с крыльцом, можно пить чай на свежем воздухе.  Есть все необходимое для проживания, все продумано и сделано с заботой о гостях. Чисто, красиво и уютно.
  Удобное расположение. Рядом метро, кафе, рестораны, театры, музеи, spar, аптеки.
  Улица историческая и парадная.
  До центра можно легко добраться пешком или на любом транспорте.
  Очень довольны!
