The front desk was a single, friendly woman who, after a quick tour of the amenities, casually slipped me a map of the nearby pedestrian paths, so I could avoid the more tourist‑heavy spots during peak hours.

The apartment itself is a charming mix of modern minimalism and Georgian hospitality. The living room has that classic “patron” sofa – you know, the low, plush thing that feels like a hug – with a vintage rug that looks like it belonged in a 1920s café. The kitchen is surprisingly spacious: the stainless‑steel fridge is a modern touch, but the wooden cabinets give it that homey feel. I was a bit disappointed that the Wi‑Fi password was written on a sticky note, but a quick call to the front desk and it was sorted. The staff handed me a free bottle of Kvevri wine the day I checked out, and they recommended the best spots for a late‑night snack – you know, the place where the local cooks serve spicy khachapuri that melts in your mouth. I also found a little balcony that overlooks the cobblestone street; the view changes from the bright, bustling market during the day to a quieter, almost sepia‑tinted scene at night. Parking again, you’ll find a small, free spot behind the building, but if you’re traveling during the summer rush, reserve a spot with the host in advance. The apartment’s location on Dzmebi Zdanevichebi Street keeps you close to the Old Town’s historical sites – you’re only a six‑minute walk from the ancient Narikala Fortress, and a quick stroll brings you to the modern art museum that locals love to visit. All in all, staying here was like living in a storybook that’s still being written, with all the warmth and authenticity you’d expect from a place that feels genuinely Georgian, yet still modern enough to keep you comfortable.

  The location is excellent, in the old city, 1 minute from Maidan bazar and "I love tbilisi", with everything you need, from halal food to markets, to shops in the vibrant center of the old town. The host was a very polite lady, thank you Nana ! Place was very clean and well organized with everything you need for a family. Just note that only 4 people are allowed to stay. Thanks Nana for accomodating us, we had a pleasant stay. Wish you a good and healthy life.
  
  What could be improved: The only thing I can think of is the steep uphill walk, which is not a big problem because it is just a 1 minute walk. Rest is all good.

  Nice and roomy apartment in the centre of old Tbilisi. Cozy and well equipped. Very pleasent and helpful host. I recommend this apartment for the group of people (3-4).

  Квартира очень понравилась, все как на фото в букинге. В ней очень чисто, уютно, милая хозяйка Нана после звонка, что мы подъехали, вышла и передала нам ключи. При заселении все показала, рассказала, даже дала карточки для проезда в метро и на канатку.
  Квартира очень удобна для размещения большой семьи, есть две спальни на втором этаже и два спальных места на первом.
  Квартира расположена в самом центре старого города, до основных достопримечательностей легко дойти пешком, метро и канатка также находятся близко.
  Очень рады, что для своей первой поездки в Тбилиси выбрали квартиру Наны!
