The elevator ride up gives you a moment to appreciate that you’re staying in one of the city’s more residential neighborhoods, which I actually prefer to the tourist-heavy areas.

Saburtalo is where you want to be if you’re looking to experience Tbilisi like locals do, and the location on Vaja Pshavela Street puts you right in the heart of it. You’re walking distance from some excellent Georgian restaurants that tourists never find, plus there’s a decent supermarket just down the street when you need basics. The area feels safe to wander around — I mean, couples consistently rate this spot 8.0 out of 10, and honestly, I get why. It’s residential enough to feel authentic but connected enough that you’re not stranded. The neighborhood offers a genuine taste of local life with tree-lined streets and welcoming cafes.

The beds are genuinely comfortable, not just hotel-marketing comfortable, and there’s enough space to spread out your stuff without feeling cramped. Each space is thoughtfully designed for extended stays.

Here’s something that’ll save you headaches — they’ve got free parking right on site, which is honestly a godsend in Tbilisi where finding a parking spot can turn into an adventure you didn’t sign up for. The Wi-Fi actually works throughout the building (I tested it), and the staff speaks enough English to handle whatever you need without the awkward charades game. Small things, but they add up when you’re trying to enjoy your trip instead of solving logistics puzzles. The property also features a well-equipped common area for guests.

  Нас встретила приветливая хозяйка Кети. Квартира чистая,с кондиционером. Рядом метро "Медицинский униварситет",магазины Спар и Корфур. В самой квартире было все необходимое,посуда,полотенца,тапочки и тд. Нам всё очень понравилось. С радостью остановимся тут еще раз. Сами хозяева очень хорошие люди,подстроились под наши обстоятельства!

  The host was kind person, the wifi is absolutely correct.
  
  What could be improved: The flat was cold when I arrived, the heating wasn't on, it needed 12 hours to make it comfortable.
  If somebody can not sleep under a strong street noise, I do not recommend the place because the window glass is rather not sound-proof.
