When I stepped into my room, the first thing that hit me was the gentle hum of the city – cars, people, the occasional distant drum from a nearby dance studio. The bed was big and the mattress had that perfect mix of firmness and softness; I actually slept like a log that night. The bathroom was surprisingly spacious, with a walk‑in shower that had a rain‑shower head – and the water pressure was solid, no weak jets. I left my keys on the nightstand – the little padlock was a tiny detail, but it gave me peace of mind. For the next two days, I explored Saburtalo and found myself walking past the old market where vendors sell everything from handmade baskets to local cheeses. There’s a little café right across from the hotel, the kind that serves strong Georgian coffee; I stopped there for a latte and a cinnamon roll – the cinnamon was just the right amount, not overpowering. And yes, parking is a bit of a hassle; the nearest spot is a paid garage a block away, but the staff were friendly and offered to give me a discount if I mentioned the hotel – a nice gesture that made the whole thing feel less like a chore.

The only downside that I noticed was the noise level during the day. If you’re an early riser, you’ll hear the traffic on Vaja Pshavela Street, and the neighborhood is lively, which might be a bit too much for some. However, the hotel’s windows are double‑glazed, so you can actually sleep through most of the city chatter. The front desk also offers a quiet zone where you can relax with a book or a cup of tea; I spent a few afternoons there, watching the world go by. Overall, Comfort Home is a solid 4‑star spot: clean, modern, and with a staff that seems genuinely eager to help. If you’re headed to Tbilisi and want a place that feels like a home base rather than a showroom, give this one a try – you’ll find the little touches that turn a simple stay into something memorable.

  The host was kind person, the wifi is absolutely correct.
  
  What could be improved: The flat was cold when I arrived, the heating wasn't on, it needed 12 hours to make it comfortable.
  If somebody can not sleep under a strong street noise, I do not recommend the place because the window glass is rather not sound-proof.

  Нас встретила приветливая хозяйка Кети. Квартира чистая,с кондиционером. Рядом метро "Медицинский униварситет",магазины Спар и Корфур. В самой квартире было все необходимое,посуда,полотенца,тапочки и тд. Нам всё очень понравилось. С радостью остановимся тут еще раз. Сами хозяева очень хорошие люди,подстроились под наши обстоятельства!
