You can grab fresh khachapuri from the bakery around the corner for breakfast instead of paying hotel prices.

  We had a wonderful holiday at Giorgi’s! The apartment was perfect for my husband, me and our 2 kids! The balcony was our highlight in the apartment where we could have a nice glass of wine every night! The greeting at the arrival also tasted excellent!   great host. Our flight was late, we had SIM card problems at the airport and our taxi got slowed down with rush hour traffic so we arrived later than expected but host was waiting and still walked us through everything we needed to know. It’s an easy walk to every landmark of the city, a million restaurants and two good grocery stores in the stones throw. We (wife and I both in our 60’s) walked to Opera and ballet theater, old town, Central mall, etc. There is a metro station also nearby, it’s a really great location. has some excellent skillets for cooking, we cooked eggs most mornings and ate out for other meals. Most important is that the building is secure, it’s right next to the parliament of Georgia. wi-fi works well, showers are great and the bed is very comfortable. You can’t go wrong, just book it…

  Excellent little place near the center of the city! Easy walk to all of the big attractions. Host is very responsive and was great at being flexible throughout the entire process! Highly recommend this place!

  We can definitely recommend this very nice and comfortable apartment for a stay in Tbilisi. We loved the little balcony to have breakfast. The kitchen is very well equipped and it is very easy to get around the city, as the area is very central and also the metro station is just a few minutes away. There is also a supermarket just on the street and some really nice restaurants within 5 min. walking.
