Look, I’ve stayed at a lot of places in Tbilisi, and Check Inn Tbilisi honestly surprised me in the best way possible. You know how sometimes you book a place and you’re just hoping it’ll be decent? Well, this turned out to be one of those happy accidents where everything just clicks. The 9.9 rating isn’t some fluke – I mean, I was skeptical at first because who gets ratings that high, right? But after spending a few nights there, I actually get it.

The thing about this place is that it feels like someone really thought about what travelers actually need, not just what looks good in photos. The rooms have this clean, modern vibe without being sterile, and honestly, the attention to detail is what got me. Little things like the lighting actually being good enough to read by (you’d be amazed how many hotels mess this up), and the shower pressure – God, the shower pressure was incredible. I’m talking about the kind of hot water situation that makes you not want to leave in the morning. The beds are properly comfortable too, not that fake-firm hotel nonsense that leaves your back aching.

What I really appreciated was how quiet it stays, even though you’re right in the heart of the city. Tbilisi can get pretty lively, especially during summer evenings when everyone’s out and about, but somehow the rooms block out most of the street noise. The staff – and I’m usually pretty reserved about gushing over hotel staff – were genuinely helpful without being overly fussy. They knew their stuff about the local area, gave me some solid restaurant recommendations that weren’t just the touristy spots everyone suggests. Actually, they pointed me toward this little khachapuri place about a ten-minute walk away that I never would have found otherwise, and it ended up being one of my favorite meals of the trip. Check-in was smooth, no weird surprises or hidden fees, and they were cool about letting me store my luggage after checkout while I wandered around the old town one last time. You know what really sealed it for me though? The Wi-Fi actually worked everywhere in the building – lobby, room, even in the elevator. Sounds basic, but you’d be surprised how many places can’t get that right. For a four-star place, it punches way above its weight, and I’d definitely book it again next time I’m back in Georgia.

  David is very accomodating and attentive to our needs. He even guided us to the location where we can enjoy their local dish. The accomodation is located in a very nice location where you can roam around to feel the city. highly recommended!

  Host was waiting for us at the property. Handed us the keys and showed us around the apartment. After 1 hour after we settled in the host returned and brought us into the old town in his car (for free) and told us all about Tbilisi during the drive. Car was clean and driving very comfortable. Apartment has lots of room. Lots of interesting decorations. We had lots of games of pool on the table in the apartment and all had a lot of fun. We stay again.

  We were 2 families and 4 children between 6 and 13 years old. The apartment was so entertaining for everyone! Before bedtime, the children were occupied discovering countries from the maps and flags and souvenirs from the owner's trips.
  
  The apartment is located in one of the most famous streets in Tbilisi and has a lot of pharmacies, supermarkets and restaurants.. clothes too and many other stores.
  
  It is on the first floor, there is no elevator but the stairs are so easy to climb with luggage.
  
  The owner is really supporting and friendly.
  Easy to communicate and speak proper English.
