The lobby has this warm, lived-in elegance – not the sterile perfection you get at some four-star places, but something that feels more authentic to Tbilisi itself. The morning light filters through these gorgeous windows, and honestly, I found myself lingering over coffee in the lobby more than I usually would just because the atmosphere was so comfortable. The rooms are thoughtfully designed too – they’ve managed to blend modern comfort with touches that actually reflect Georgian character, which is harder to pull off than you’d think. The beds are properly comfortable (I’m picky about this), and the bathrooms have that satisfying weight to the fixtures that tells you they didn’t cut corners.

What really sets this place apart, though, is how well positioned it is for actually experiencing the city. I’ve stayed in plenty of hotels that claim to be central but leave you hiking twenty minutes to get anywhere interesting. Here, you’re genuinely in the heart of things – I could walk to the sulfur baths, wander through the old town, or grab dinner at those incredible family-run restaurants without any of that tourist-trap feeling you sometimes get near hotels. The neighborhood comes alive at different times of day, and from my window I could watch the rhythm of local life unfold. Mornings brought the scent of fresh bread from nearby bakeries, evenings filled with the gentle buzz of conversation from outdoor cafés. The concierge – and I usually skip hotel concierges because they’re hit or miss – actually knew the city well enough to point me toward places I wouldn’t have found otherwise. They recommended this tiny wine bar tucked away on a side street that became the highlight of my trip, the kind of spot that locals frequent but tourists rarely discover on their own. The whole experience felt less like staying at a hotel and more like having a really well-connected friend let you crash at their perfectly located apartment. With a perfect 10 rating, it’s clear other travelers have felt the same way I did about this place.

  Мы жили в этой квартире 5 дней в октябре. Остались очень довольны. Прекрасное местоположение. Квартира находится в самом центре Тбилиси, но в небольшом дворике, поэтому шума улицы совсем не слышно. Спали прекрасно. Удобная кровать. Рядом очень хорошие и недорогие рестораны, есть много небольших магазинов, где даже поздно вечером можно что-то купить. Рядом парки, речка, все театры в шаговой доступности, как и метро. Отличный интернет. Комната большая. Хозяева очень приветливые. Мы были там как раз на праздник Тбилисоба. После множества праздничных мероприятий среди дня хотелось чуть-чуть отдохнуть, поэтому дополнительным бонусом было именно расположение квартиры, куда мы пешком добирались, а потом опять шли гулять. А вечером нас Илья ещё и шашлыком угостил! Вкусно! Всем рекомендую. Соотношение цена-качество: на отлично
