Central Vera Studio – Ideal for 3 – By Wehost Overview
Tbilisi is a city that keeps you on your toes, and the Central Vera Studio is a concrete slice of that energy. I walked up to 19 Erekle Tatishvili Street on a sunny afternoon, and the first thing you notice is the building’s raw, industrial vibe – the kind that turns a simple studio into a feeling of being part of the city’s heartbeat. The front lobby is surprisingly cozy; the staff greeted me with a warm smile and a quick, “Welcome to the city!” honestly, they made me feel like a regular rather than a tourist. Check‑in was a breeze – just a quick scan of your ID, a flash of the Wi‑Fi code, and you’re in. No long line, no paperwork, which is a relief when you’re already tired from a day of exploring.
The room itself is a tidy 3‑bedroom space that feels more like a shared loft than a hotel. The walls are painted in muted olive tones, and the décor is minimalist – a few potted plants, a vintage Persian rug, and a small kitchenette that actually works. I made a latte in the tiny espresso machine, and the coffee aroma mingled with the faint scent of fresh paint, giving the room a kind of modern, almost industrial chic. The bed? Oh, it’s surprisingly comfortable – a memory foam mattress that’s not too firm, with crisp linens that feel like a fresh start each night. Every corner of the room has a view, whether it’s the city’s skyline or the alleyway outside. The noise levels are decent; a quiet hum from the street below, but no loud traffic or construction that keeps you up.
Parking is a bit of a puzzle – there’s a small underground lot, but you have to pay a fee and sometimes you gotta wait for a spot. I found a spot on my first night, but the next day I had to shuffle my suitcase a bit to find one. If you’re driving, it’s worth it, but if you’re on a tight schedule, you might want to arrange for a taxi to pick you up. Speaking of nearby spots, there’s a little café called “Shavi Lomi” on the corner that’s a must‑visit for breakfast – the lentil soup is legendary. A block away, you’ll find the old bridge and the bustling market where vendors shout about fresh produce; the lively chatter is a soundtrack you’ll start to love. And if you’re in the mood for a night out, the bars on Rustaveli Avenue are just a few minutes away – just be ready for the usual late‑night crowd.
Honestly, the only downside I noticed was the lack of a proper soundproofing system – which means at 2 a.m., you might hear someone’s music from the apartment next door. But that’s a small price to pay for the feel of living in the middle of Tbilisi’s vibrant scene. The staff are always ready to help with directions or recommendations, which is a small but significant touch that shows they care about more than just a room. Overall, Central Vera Studio feels like a home base with a local twist, and if you’re looking to immerse yourself in Tbilisi’s culture without compromising on comfort, this place is a solid choice.

Exceptional – Aleksei from Russia – September 3, 2025 (10/10)
Удобное местоположение, рядом есть круглосуточные магазины, квартира приятная.
What could be improved: Пол, по всей видимости, был помыт с мыльным раствором, который прилипал к ногам и было скользко.
Шумная улица, все время кто-то ездит под окнами, иногда это мешало спать.
В ванной хорошо бы повесить полочку над раковиной, тк средства гигиены ставить некуда.Wonderful – Nikoloz from Georgia – June 5, 2024 (9/10)
Very Good – Dmytro from Canada – August 31, 2025 (8/10)
