The name honestly doesn’t do it justice – I was expecting something pretty basic when I first walked through those doors, but this place actually has some serious character. The lobby hits you with this warm, lived-in elegance that feels more like a boutique property than your typical mid-range spot. I mean, sure, it’s a 4-star hotel, but the attention to detail feels more thoughtful than flashy, if that makes sense.

The rooms are where this place really shines though. Mine had these incredibly comfortable beds – and I’m someone who usually tosses and turns the first night anywhere new – plus the lighting actually works for both reading and getting ready, which is rarer than you’d think. The bathroom was spacious enough that I wasn’t bumping into walls every time I turned around, and the water pressure was fantastic (honestly, that alone made my stay). What I really appreciated was how quiet everything stayed, even on a busy weekend. You could hear some hallway chatter if you really listened, but nothing that kept me awake.

The staff here genuinely seems to care about what they’re doing – not in that over-the-top, scripted way, but more like they actually want you to have a good time. Check-in was smooth, and when I had questions about the area, the front desk person gave me real recommendations, not just the touristy stuff everyone suggests. The breakfast situation is solid too, though it gets pretty crowded around 8:30 on weekdays, so either go early or wait until after 9 if you don’t like fighting for the coffee machine. One small thing – parking can be a bit tight during peak times, but they’ve got valet service that’s reasonably priced and honestly worth it if you’re driving something bigger than a compact car. With that perfect 10 rating, I can see why people keep coming back here. It’s one of those places that just gets the basics right while adding enough extra touches to make you feel like you’re somewhere special, not just somewhere convenient.

  The apartment matched perfectly the photos. It is quite big and the living room was spacious. The kitchen was very functional and there is everything you need to cook and have a meal. There are many restaurants nearby. You can also easily walk and visit the different must-sees around the city. The parking is just in front of the apartment. We had a wonderful time in Tbilisi and a good place to stay always makes a trip memorable. Thank you.

  Beautiful and tidy apartment in a good location, right next to Liberty Square, with every equipment you might possibly need. The building was secured and surrounded by supermarkets and pharmacies. The host was very nice and polite; he explained every detail very clearly. Nothing was missing; it was the same as we had seen in the pictures. Would definitely come again. Thank you!

  The place felt right at home. The apartment has everything you need. Perfect for when you travel a lot and need a place to stay in Tbilisi. Everything is clean and well organized. Dishwasher and laundry machine are a big plus. Would highly recommend it to everyone. Will definitely try to book again when I'm around Tbilisi.

  The apartment similar to photos. clean and tidy. great location, in the heart of the city. you can get into the apartment at any time. The host is very polite and nice to communicate with, came to a meeting and at our request gave us the opportunity to enter an hour and a half earlier. Absolutely Recommend!

  It was a tidy, Perfect accommodation for travelers who need to do laundry. After washing, there was no need to worry about laundry using the dryer. Relax with the dishwasher after eating. Spacious and fluffy bed. There is a cute balcony. It was also very cozy. I totally recommend it.

  The apartment is very clean, well-equipped, the living room is large and the rooms are perfect for two couples or a family.
  There was an elevator, so it was good to move around.It was nice to have a place to drink and a market pharmacy in the surrounding facilities. Giorgi and Nino were great hosts and responded to our queries promptly. I would highly recommend this place.

  Pleasant and clean apartment. The apartment had very basic amenities and it was nice to stay there. Although the apartment is right next to the Rustaveli Avenue, no traffic sounds were part of the apartment. The host provided a reliable and warm photo, with clear and comprehensive responses to messages. Overall, the experience was very good!

  Квартира абсолютно новая в новом здание. Было очень тихо, хотя находится довольно близко к Площадь Свободы. Квартира очень удобная для семьи. Мы путешествовали с ребенком, все необходимое было внутри, также во дворе есть прекрасная детская площадка. Кухня хорошо оборудована, кровати удобные. Рекомендую.
