I mean, how many places promise comfort and then stick you with paper-thin walls and a bed that feels like a medieval torture device? Not this one.

The moment you walk into the lobby, there’s this immediate sense of calm that washes over you. It’s not flashy or trying too hard – just genuinely welcoming in that way that makes you drop your shoulders and think “okay, I can relax here.” The staff actually remembers your name after checking in, which is such a small thing but makes all the difference when you’re dragging yourself back after a long day of meetings or sightseeing. The rooms themselves are spacious enough that you’re not bumping into furniture every time you turn around, and the beds… well, let’s just say I’ve slept in five-star places that didn’t come close to this level of comfort. They’ve clearly invested in quality mattresses and linens – the kind where you sink in just enough without feeling like you’re being swallowed whole.

What really sets this place apart though is the attention to detail that you don’t notice until you’ve been there a day or two. The soundproofing is excellent (I’m someone who wakes up if a pin drops, so trust me on this), the water pressure in the shower is consistently strong, and the air conditioning actually works quietly – none of that rattling that keeps you up all night. The housekeeping is thorough without being intrusive, and they’ve got this knack for restocking everything just when you need it. Parking is straightforward too, which might sound boring but you’ll appreciate it when you’re not circling the block for twenty minutes looking for a spot. The location gives you easy access to the main areas without being right in the thick of all the noise and chaos – it’s like they found that perfect sweet spot. I’ve stayed here during both busy and quieter seasons, and the service quality stays remarkably consistent. Honestly, for a four-star place, they’re punching above their weight. It’s become my go-to spot because sometimes you just want a place that does the fundamentals really, really well without any unnecessary fuss or pretense.

  The apartment is in the central part of the city, but it’s still very cozy, Nicely furnished apartment with a lot of facilities nearby, we walked everywhere. Fully equipped spacious kitchen, Bathroom with new washing machine. This is not your ordinary booking apartment, this is a place you can feel like home on your travels. We really enjoyed our stay. Thank you!

  Fantastic apartment ! The host was extremely kind, helpful and understanding! The apartment itself was immaculate, with comfy beds and a fully equipped kitchen – we loved the upper floor balcony ! The apartment is also located in a fantastic area of Tbilisi, less than a 5 minute walk from the trading center and 8 minutes away from the Liberty square – and across the road there is a very nice park and playground for kids! Would definitely stay here again next time in Tbilisi, thank you !

  The apartment was just what we needed. Quiet, modern, clean, right in the center. A short 5 minute walk to the most landmarks. I recommend the Grill-Bar Respublica right next to the building and their delicious Georgian Khatchapuri.

  it was absolutely worth trip. Tbilisi was extremely interesting town and the location of the flat literally in the center of everything. the host was so much helpful. the flat was really clean and useful, there was everything around whatever you might need and plus many shops keep open even at midnight !
