You know what struck me first about Central Comfort Place? The name actually undersells it – I mean, sure, it’s comfortable, but this 4-star gem delivers way more than just basic comfort. I’ll be honest, I wasn’t expecting much when I booked (sometimes these “comfort” places can be pretty bland), but walking into that lobby completely changed my tune. The design hits this sweet spot between modern and cozy that’s genuinely hard to pull off.

The rooms are where this place really shines, and I’m not just talking about thread count or whatever. It’s the little things that caught my attention – like how they’ve actually thought about lighting so you’re not fumbling around in the dark trying to find the bathroom at 2 AM, or the way the blackout curtains actually block out light (shocking how many hotels mess this up). The beds are properly firm without feeling like you’re sleeping on concrete, and honestly, the pillows were some of the best I’ve encountered in this price range. What really impressed me was the attention to noise control – the walls are thick enough that you won’t hear your neighbor’s entire phone conversation, which is refreshing.

Service here is consistently solid without being over the top. The front desk staff actually remember your name after day one, and they’re genuinely helpful with local recommendations rather than just pushing the usual tourist traps. Check-in was smooth both times I stayed – no endless waiting around or complicated key card drama. The housekeeping team does their job well too, and they’re respectful about timing if you’re working in your room during the day. I particularly appreciated how they handle requests quickly without making you feel like you’re bothering them. The breakfast situation (when I caught it) was better than expected – fresh options that actually taste like food rather than cardboard, though it does get busy around 8 AM if you’re picky about crowds. Look, this isn’t going to be the most Instagram-worthy place you’ll ever stay, but sometimes you want a hotel that just works really well without any fuss. Central Comfort Place delivers on that promise completely, and with a perfect 10 rating from other guests, I’m clearly not the only one who thinks so.

  This is an excellent apartment from which to explore Downtown and some of the best sights Tbiisi has to offer. Nino was very responsive and also very flexible in accommodating requests that enhanced our experience. The apartment is very well-appointed with modern appliances, great furnishings. Good for 5 adults or a family of five. Will recommend.

Really enjoyed the cute balcony, shower and well working AC in a very hot day.   Host was kind, very nice and welcoming. The apartment is comfortable, well-kept and equipped with everything you need. The location is perfect to reach everything in minutes by foot. It was a perfect stay that exceeded expectations. I would highly recommend it!

So much to see and do in the area, we couldn’t even get close to fitting in all of the places recommended to us! The building was also new and everything was made with high quality.

  The apartment is small and cozy. Great for couples. It is fully equipped and everything new, exactly as it shows in the photos. The bed was nice and comfortable. The heaters work almost all day so it makes the apartment hot (don't hesitate to visit even when it's really cold in Tbilisi). It also has an A/C.
  The location is great. Just 3 minutes from the main Liberty Square of the city.

  The apartment had everything we needed for a three day visit to Tbilisi. It was clean and cozy with nice furnishing, a well equipped kitchen and a practical bathroom with a luxurious shower. The location was perfect, in the center of the city and close to anything we needed. Honorable mentions go to the host who waited for us to check in close to midnight and after checkout was nice enough to help us with our further travel plans.

  Lovely apartment in a very central location, but still quiet at night. Handy supermarket close by. The apartment itself was light, airy, well maintained, relaxing and offered plenty of space. Cannot recommend highly enough, a perfect few nights in a beautiful city.
