Here’s the thing about staying in the real heart of Tbilisi — everything you actually want to see is within walking distance. I mean, you’re practically on top of the Old Town, and the cable car to Narikala Fortress is just a short stroll away. The Mtatsminda area has this perfect mix of historic charm and modern convenience, plus you’re close enough to Rustaveli Avenue that you can easily hop between the cultural sites and the city’s best restaurants. What really surprised me was how quiet the street stays despite being so central — Pavle Ingorokva isn’t one of those main drags where you’re dealing with constant traffic noise.

The Room Experience

The room I stayed in was genuinely comfortable — not fancy in an over-the-top way, but thoughtfully designed with everything you actually need. The beds are proper quality (couples seem to love this place, and I can see why), and there’s enough space to spread out without feeling cramped. The windows let in great natural light, and you get nice views of the surrounding neighborhood. Climate control works well too, which matters more than you’d think when you’re dealing with Tbilisi’s sometimes unpredictable weather.

One thing that really sets this place apart is the free private parking on site — and trust me, if you’re driving in Tbilisi, you’ll appreciate not having to hunt for a spot or worry about your car.   This is an excellent apartment from which to explore Downtown and some of the best sights Tbiisi has to offer. Nino was very responsive and also very flexible in accommodating requests that enhanced our experience. The apartment is very well-appointed with modern appliances, great furnishings. Good for 5 adults or a family of five. Will recommend.

  The apartment is small and cozy. Great for couples. It is fully equipped and everything new, exactly as it shows in the photos. The bed was nice and comfortable. The heaters work almost all day so it makes the apartment hot (don't hesitate to visit even when it's really cold in Tbilisi). It also has an A/C.
  The location is great. Just 3 minutes from the main Liberty Square of the city.

  The apartment had everything we needed for a three day visit to Tbilisi. It was clean and cozy with nice furnishing, a well equipped kitchen and a practical bathroom with a luxurious shower. The location was perfect, in the center of the city and close to anything we needed. Honorable mentions go to the host who waited for us to check in close to midnight and after checkout was nice enough to help us with our further travel plans.

  Lovely apartment in a very central location, but still quiet at night. Handy supermarket close by. The apartment itself was light, airy, well maintained, relaxing and offered plenty of space. Cannot recommend highly enough, a perfect few nights in a beautiful city.
