Here’s what I love about staying in Mtatsminda — you get that authentic Tbilisi residential feel while still being incredibly close to everything. The hotel sits in what locals consider one of the city’s most desirable areas, and couples especially seem to get this (they’ve rated the location 8.6, which honestly makes sense). You can stroll down to Rustaveli Avenue in about ten minutes, or head up toward the funicular if you’re feeling adventurous. There’s also free parking, which — trust me — is a huge deal in this city where finding a spot can be a real headache.

Room Experience

The room I stayed in had that clean, modern aesthetic that works well without trying too hard to be trendy. What struck me most was the attention to practical details — good lighting for actually reading, decent storage space, and windows that actually open (you’d be surprised how rare that is). The bathrooms are well-designed too, with proper water pressure and those little touches that show someone was thinking about the guest experience.   Upon arrival, Natalia and Iku were very hospitable. Especially Natalia, she was able to locate our booking immediately and had a very comfortable conversation with us ensuring we felt at ease and home.
  Her and Iku both recommended lovely places to visit during our stay which made it exceptional. We would like to extend our gratitude to Misha for his attentiveness as well.
  The place is lovely walking distance from touristic places.

  The view from the hotel is stunning with calm surrounding,the staff are kind and helpfull,the room was spacious and the bed was comfortable. It's only 5 min by car from liberty square, or 25 min good walk to center.

  Well located hotel if you are travelling with a car as you can park it in the streets in front of the hotel. It’s located uphill and you have a nice view of the city from the terrace. We also liked walking in the neighbourhood. Hotel is fairly new, and the room had a good size and isolation.
