Brooch Boutique Hotel Overview
First Impressions
Walking up to Brooch Boutique Hotel on Iakob Tsurtaveli Street, you immediately get that feeling you’ve stumbled onto something special. This four-star property sits right in the heart of Tbilisi, and honestly, the location couldn’t be better — I mean, you’re literally steps away from everything that makes this city fascinating. The building itself has this understated elegance that feels authentically Georgian without trying too hard, which I really appreciated.
Location & Neighborhood
Here’s what I love about staying here — you can walk to Rustaveli Avenue in about three minutes, and the old town is just a pleasant stroll away. The couples who stay here clearly get it (they rate the location 8.4, which makes total sense), because you’re close enough to duck back to your room between sightseeing without feeling like you’re missing out on the action. Plus, there’s something nice about being on a quieter street while still being in the thick of things. You know what really surprised me? How easy it was to find great local spots just by wandering around the immediate area.
The Room Experience
The rooms here strike that perfect balance between boutique charm and actual comfort. Everything feels thoughtfully chosen rather than just thrown together from a hotel catalog — the linens are quality, the lighting actually works for reading, and there’s enough space to spread out your stuff without feeling cramped. I particularly liked how they’ve managed to incorporate local design elements without making it feel like a theme park. The bathrooms are well-appointed too, with good water pressure (always a concern when traveling).
Breakfast & Amenities
The buffet breakfast is honestly better than I expected for a hotel this size. They’ve got a solid mix of Georgian specialties alongside more familiar options, so you can ease into the local cuisine or dive right in depending on your mood. What really won me over though was the free parking — if you’re planning to rent a car and explore outside Tbilisi, this is actually a huge deal since parking in the city center can be a real headache. The staff seems genuinely helpful too, not just going through the motions.
Why Guests Love It
With an 8.8 rating, this place clearly gets the fundamentals right, and after staying here, I can see why. It’s that rare hotel that manages to feel both polished and personal — you’re not just another guest checking in and out. The location score of 8.2 tells the real story though; you’re perfectly positioned to experience Tbilisi without the tourist trap feeling you get in some other central hotels. Whether you’re here for a romantic getaway or just want a solid base for exploring, Brooch Boutique Hotel delivers on what it promises without any unpleasant surprises.

Location – if you are like us and love challenging walks/hikes, this hotel is for you! We love the hill/ slope and make sure you wear your most comfortable shoes of any color except white! This hotel is close to tourist spots, restaurants, tours outside Tbilisi, and shopping!
View – simply breathtaking any time of the day, rain or shine! Best chilling with wine and fresh fruits!
Food – the buffet-style breakfast is hearty and homey!
Customer Service – excellent in every sense of the word!
Cleanliness – OK
Personal feedback – I wish they placed 1 cushion on the bed and not 2 cushions joined together. It is OK but my OCD brain does not rest well.Marcus from Germany (9/10)
Brooch Hotel is a really cute hotel, very close to the "bath quarter" and Meydan in Tbilisi. It's within walking distance from all those "hot spots", but due to its location uphill quiet (if it weren't for the building site next door they are currently dealing with!) and offers the most magnificent view over Tbilisi. Breakfast on their beautiful terrace with the city spread out in front of you is really something.
The room was clean and very comfortable. Breakfast offered a big choice and was very nice. Best of all is the staff. All of them are adorable and make you feel welcome and comfortable right from the start. I really recommend this hotel.Asher from Israel (9/10)
