  The hotel was very nice, everything was clean. Throughout all of Tbilisi, there was no place with smiling staff—everyone was sad and unfriendly. If there was one place where people greeted you with a smile, it was this hotel, and that was thanks to Inola. Thank you, Inola!

  This is a nice hotel which is located centrally, but still felt really calm and quiet. The staff were friendly, polite and helpful, especially the people working during the nights. I stayed there for 3 nights in separate stays and enjoyed my stay there. I would definitely stay there again.
  
  What could be improved: There were some minor niggles like on restocking of hand-wash, shampoo and coffee, but these were fixed promptly. I would put this as part of the learning curve of a new hotel.

  The hotel is on a quiet side street in the center of Old Tbilisi, just a few steps away from shops and restaurants, but not on the main drag which can be noisy. The rooms are clean, modern, and cozy. I would definitely stay here again!
