Boutique Fantasy Overview
I arrived in Tbilisi and found myself right on Giorgi Leonidze street, a quiet block that still has that old‑world feel from the 1920s. The Boutique Fantasy is a stone‑coated little gem, tucked between a bakery that still rolls out fresh khachapuri and a tiny café that serves the best iced tea on the corner. The moment you step inside, the hallway smells faintly of cedar and citrus, a mix that makes you feel instantly at home even before you check into your room. The staff—mostly young locals—gleam a friendly smile and quickly point you to the elevator that takes you to the I floor. Honestly, the check‑in was a breeze: a quick chat about your travel plans, a few photos taken, and you’re handed a key card that feels surprisingly substantial.
The rooms are a mix of minimalist chic and Georgian warmth. One of the nicer rooms has a balcony that overlooks the quiet street, letting you see the sunrise over the city’s rooftops with the distant sound of a bus pulling up. The bed is a deep‑plush mattress, and the linens are crisp, giving you that little extra “wow” you crave after a long flight. The bathrooms are clean, but the shower head is a tad old‑school, so if you’re a shower fan, you might want to bring a travel shower head just in case.

Very Good – Veronika from Slovakia – August 31, 2025 (8/10)
Nice location, the lady prepared good breakfast.
What could be improved: The matrass was already too old and really too soft and loud.Quirky, central and good breakfast! – Paris from United Kingdom – August 15, 2025 (10/10)
The rooms are quirky and very central to the old town. The breakfast was delicious and the staff were super helpful.
A very ubique experience in a perfect location. – Rod from France – August 13, 2025 (9/10)
It’s a magical place. Like staying in a work of art. Exquisite attention to detail and perfectly clean. Breakfast is really good and kept us going for the whole day.
What could be improved: Noise from both inside and outside the property. The is really no soundproofing. Had to wear earplugs to sleep.Wonderful – Naoyuki from Japan – July 14, 2025 (9/10)
Room decoration is quite unique, so fantastic and feel love of owner for facility.
What could be improved: Little bit hard to find location especially dark time.Very pleasant – Mohamed from Morocco – July 6, 2025 (9/10)
The staff and the location
What could be improved: NothingGreat Location and cute if you are into themes. – Stacey from United States – July 4, 2025 (8/10)
The location was really nice. And the theme is really cute, think rain forest cafe. It is extremely clean considering there are so many tiny cracks and things that can get dusty. The little details are well thought out.
What could be improved: The furniture is tiny, like toddler size stools to sit on. The room is really small so the tiny stools make sense. It was hard to find the courtyard upon arrival and there isn’t any one there when you check in, only in the morning. So it’s more of an Airbnb situation.I love this place and will definitely come back – Jules from United States – July 2, 2025 (10/10)
Great location, great staff great facilities
Most unique place I’ve ever stayed – Jules from United States – July 2, 2025 (10/10)
This is my second trip toTbilisi and I would not stay anywhere else. I made sure to come back to this hotel.
What could be improved: This is the coolest property I’ve ever stayed atGreat location, nice staff. No windows for views. – Osvaldo from Portugal – June 22, 2025 (10/10)
Good location. The lady serving breakfast was very kind. She even let us keep our suitcases in the building after check-out since we had a flight in the evening.
What could be improved: The room does not have proper windows. We got the wrong room since the self check-in was not clear on what room to take.Hidden gem in Tblisi – Philip from United Kingdom – May 24, 2025 (9/10)
Location was great. Room very unusual… In a good way. Comfortable bed. Room super clean. Breakfast was very tasty. The staff member was very sweet and nice. Really great value. Couldn't fault it for the price.
What could be improved: The courtyard is a little scruffy… But that's typical for Tblisi. Doesn't affect your stay at all.
