I mean, half the time “boutique” just means they’ve slapped some trendy wallpaper on otherwise generic rooms, but this place genuinely feels like someone put thought into every corner.

The apartment-style setup is brilliant if you’re staying more than a couple nights (which I ended up doing – originally booked three nights, extended to five because I just didn’t want to deal with packing again). Each unit has this proper kitchenette that’s actually functional – not just a mini-fridge and microwave shoved into a corner. I’m talking full-size appliances, decent counter space, even proper wine glasses in the cabinets. The living areas have this warm, lived-in feeling without being stuffy, sort of like staying in your well-traveled friend’s spare apartment rather than a hotel room that gets reset every twelve hours. The beds are properly comfortable too – I’m pretty picky about mattresses, and I slept better here than I have in hotels twice the price.

What really sells me on this place is the attention to those little things that matter when you’re actually living somewhere temporarily. The shower pressure is excellent (thank god), there’s enough electrical outlets that you’re not constantly unplugging things, and the WiFi doesn’t mysteriously cut out every time more than two people try to use it. The staff – well, they’re the kind of helpful where they remember your name after day two and can actually give you proper local recommendations instead of just pointing you toward the nearest tourist trap. I asked about a good spot for morning coffee, and instead of directing me to the lobby café, they sent me to this little place around the corner that locals actually use. That kind of thing makes a difference, you know? The 9.4 rating makes complete sense once you’ve been there – it’s not flashy or Instagram-perfect, but everything just works the way it should, and sometimes that’s exactly what you need when you’re trying to feel human while traveling.

  We had a perfect stay at Greta’s place. She is really a great host. The little kitchen, the clean and neat place and the amazing location made it a perfect stay for our family (we used two rooms)

  Great location, everything is nearby. You can access old city, cafe, river, bridge of peace with 300 mtr distance. Nice clean room with comfortable bed, cook top ( hob) and utensils available. You can wash your cloths as well as the room equipped with washing mechine as well.
