Well, not here. This place actually lives up to the hype, and I mean that in the best possible way. The moment you walk in, there’s this immediate sense that someone really thought about every detail. It’s not flashy or trying too hard – just genuinely well-executed hospitality that feels effortless.

What really struck me was how they’ve managed to create this botanical theme without going overboard with it. I’ve stayed in plenty of hotels that pick a concept and then beat you over the head with it, but Botanical 21 strikes this perfect balance. There are thoughtful plant arrangements throughout the common areas, and honestly, the air just feels fresher somehow. The rooms are spacious enough that you’re not bumping into furniture every time you turn around, and the beds – well, let’s just say I slept better than I have in months. The staff genuinely seems to care about what they’re doing too, which you can tell immediately. Check-in was smooth, but more importantly, they remembered my name the next morning without looking at a card or screen.

Here’s what I really appreciated though – the place has character without being gimmicky. You’ll find these little nooks and corners that are perfect for actually relaxing, not just Instagram photos (though honestly, it photographs beautifully if that’s your thing). The lighting throughout the property is spot-on – warm enough to feel cozy but bright enough that you can actually read the room service menu without squinting. And speaking of room service, they’ve got this attention to presentation that makes even a simple coffee order feel special. I stayed during what seemed like a busy period, but you’d never know it from the service level. The place runs like clockwork, but in that invisible way where everything just works without feeling overly managed. If you’re looking for a place that gets the fundamentals right while adding those thoughtful touches that make a stay memorable rather than just adequate, this is it.

  The place is super nice. In the heart of Tbilisi on an uphill right behind the botanical garden. The room is spacious, clean and comfortable. All essential amenities are available. The host is kind and attentive. We had a great time!

  Extremely nice and clean room, warm and welcoming staff and the bathroom and kitchen were fantastic and fancy. All you need provides from dishes to oven and iron, We really enjoyed and if we travel to Tebilis we will book this room again for sure.
  We highly recommend smokers to book the rooms with balcony , the balcony is very beautiful and cozy and you will have chance to chat and communicate with other guests there.
  The location is in the heart of the Tibilis and near to most of the touristic attractions.
