If you’re into shopping, Bani Plaza is a stone’s throw away, and you can take a leisurely walk to the National Museum to explore Georgian history. The apartment’s Wi‑Fi is solid, though I occasionally had to reset the router during a streaming marathon—nothing too serious, just a quick “sorry for the hiccup” from the staff.   Location was decent, a nice walk to the city centre.
  It’s a high rise so felt pretty safe.
  It was a nice flat ( If advertised properly!)
  
  What could be improved: I had an incredibly frustrating experience with this accommodation, and I feel totally scammed. We booked a 3-bed, 2-room apartment, but when we arrived, we were given a double bed, 1-room apartment and still had to pay the same amount. The host was very insistent on paying cash, and after receiving the cash, she told us we should cancel the booking or she’ll be sad, likely to avoid paying a fee to Booking.com.
  
  To make matters worse, the listing advertised the place as being part of the Hilton brand, which turned out to be misleading. The property didn’t actually have the Hilton name, so it took time just finding the location.
  
  The apartment was supposed to come with a range of amenities, but none of them were available. There was no gym, no streaming services on the TV, and no balcony (despite these being listed features). To top it off, the bedsheets were stained, though they had been washed. Apparently, each apartment only has two sheets, so guests are expected to sleep on the stained ones while the second sheet is washed for the next guest.
  
  Overall, this was a very disappointing experience. It feels like a total bait and switch, and the overall condition of the apartment and the host’s behaviour were unacceptable.

  Das Zimmer generell war groß genug
  
  What could be improved: Das Zimmer, der Schranke war staubig,Glastüren, Spiegel überall mit Gebrauchsspuren zusehen,für eine Woche hat keine das Zimmer geputzt wenigstens mal gesaugt oder Müll rausgenommen hat.
  
  Eine Mitarbeiterin heißt Regi oder ähnliches hat mein Mann wegen 30$ gegen 2 Uhr morgens telefonisch bombardiert und gechattet , sehr dominant,das er das Geld zahlen soll obwohl er das Geld (30$) dafür die Tage versucht zuzahlen hat aber leider das Rezeption keine Rückgeld hatte.
  
  Ein Abend bis morgen kein Wasser gehabt und das war unerwartet und keine Information bekommen von Mitarbeiter.
  
  Alle Mitarbeiter spricht kaum Englisch, sehr schwierig zu verständigen
  
  Nur eine Mitarbeiterin wenigstens mit Lächeln begrüßt sonst alle nicht mal Hallo , ungewöhnlich.
