The hotel’s check‑in process is straightforward, but I did notice that the front desk can get a bit busy around 3 p.m. when tourists heading to the Old Town gather. If you’re arriving in the early afternoon, it’s worth arriving a bit earlier to avoid the queue. The staff were friendly and offered a quick tour of the local area, pointing out the best spots for a late‑night snack—like the small, tucked‑away burger joint on the corner of Kote Abkhazi Street, known for its spicy pepperoni.

Nighttime is generally calm, especially around 10 p.m. when most locals are winding down. The only disturbance comes from the occasional late‑night traffic and the faint sound of city sirens, but it’s hardly a problem. The hotel’s quiet hours are respected, and the noise from the street is muffled by the building’s thick walls. I appreciated the lack of a gym or spa—though if you’re looking for a workout, there’s a small indoor pool a few blocks away at the City Hall, but it’s a bit of a walk. The hotel does offer a small kitchenette in the room, which is handy if you like to prep a quick snack or pour a glass of the local Chianti.

  Great location in the centre of Tbilisi. Comfortable and plenty of space for five of us. Great value for money. Excellent communication and they were very helpful when we left something behind, meeting us to return it at short notice. Excellent all round!

  Big suites apartment with 5 rooms located at the centre of old Tibilise City. Walking distance to most of the attractions places and restaurants.

  A charming terrasse, two shower rooms and enough bedrooms for our whole group. Good internet-speed!
  Wery helpfull and considerate host, good information and probelm-solving when the work in the streets caused stop in water supply for a few hours.
  
  What could be improved: The lights in the kitchen area were not connected, it seemed the spots had just been installed, so the kitchen was too dark to cook at in the evening.
