There’s a tiny parking spot right outside, but if you’re a night owl, you’ll want to be mindful of the traffic that starts to hum around 10 pm.

The room itself is a blend of modern and Georgian charm – a reclaimed wood desk that feels warm under your fingers, a plush sofa that invites you to sink in after a day of wandering, and a surprisingly quiet second‑floor silence that masks the city’s heartbeat. I mean, you hear the distant clatter of the tram and the occasional street performer, but it’s never overwhelming. The Wi‑Fi is decent, though it can lag when the metro’s on full tilt in the morning rush. The bathroom is spotless, and the shower has that invigorating rush of water that instantly wakes you up – perfect for a quick reset before heading out.

I explored the neighborhood over the next few days, stumbling onto a little tea shop on Rustaveli Avenue that serves the best chamomile infusion, and a hidden courtyard by Sioni Cathedral where locals gather for Sunday prayers. The street’s vibe is a mix of old-world charm and a subtle, modern buzz. There’s a small park just north of the apartment, a great spot for a late‑afternoon stroll when the city’s noise mellows. I also noticed that the noise levels dip after 11 pm, making it easier to catch a good night’s sleep. All in all, this place felt like a cozy, well‑placed home base, with a touch of the city’s pulse right at your doorstep.

  This is a fully furnished one bedroom apartment, with bedroom, living room, kitchen (plenty of utensils, pots, etc.), bathroom. Cleaning products, etc. provided. Very well kitted out.
  
  Location is very good, in the heart of the old city. Within easy walking distance of 2 metro stations. Close to shops and restaurants, yet in a quite location. Just west of the Jvaris Mama church. It is shown in maps.me (mobile phone app with downloadable maps).
  
  What could be improved: The following didn't bother me, but you may want to take them into account.
  
  The apartment building is very old and ramshackle. Seems to me the building may be subsiding. The living room floor in particular is not level. You're walking uphill from kitchen to bedroom. A real insight into how many Georgians still live.
  
  When you arrive after dark, the stairwell is very dark. There is a light though just outside the front door, to make it easy to see where to insert the door key.
  
  The walls are thin. You can clearly hear your neighbors. On the other hand, they were on the whole very quiet, so that wasn't an issue.
  
  I hardly ever saw the residents in other apartments. Those I saw were all middle aged, living alone. Never felt unsafe.
  
  There is no number on the property. It is close to the property at number 4, right next to a vegetable shop. The owner lives 15 minutes away. You will need to give him a call when you arrive to get the key (or ask somebody to call him for you). Having a Georgian SIM card in your phone will be handy.
  
  You may want to pay him for your stay when he hands you the key, so he doesn't have to travel to the property again later on.

  Расположение в самом сердце старого города. Все достопримечательности в пешей доступности. Очень уютная квартира в старинном доме. В квартире сочетается свежий ремонт и старинная мебель. Есть вся необходимая для проживания посуда и техника. Очень отзывчивая хозяйка. Обязательно вернёмся туда ещё раз.

  Атмосферная, уютная квартира в центре Тбилиси. Замечательные и гостеприимные хозяева, которые всегда на связи. Есть всё необходимое, чтобы было удобно жить: стиральная машина и сушилка для белья, сахар-соль-чай, посуда для готовки.
  Полы действительно наклонные, но нам это не мешало.

  Все плюсы: расположение в самом старом Тбилиси, но невероятно тихо.
  Квартира проторная, хороший ремонт, все новое, чистое и красивое, есть все удобства!
  Очень важно: хозяин и хозяева – это добрые, вежливые люди, всегда готовы помочь.
  Следующий раз в Тбилиси больше не буду искать!
