I mean, so many hotels throw that word around, but this one – honestly, it just feels right from the moment you step through those glass doors.

The lobby has this understated elegance thing going on, with these gorgeous mid-century modern pieces mixed in with contemporary touches that don’t scream “look at me.” There’s usually some kind of subtle jazz playing in the background, and I swear the lighting designer here knew exactly what they were doing – it’s warm enough to make you feel relaxed but bright enough that you’re not squinting at your phone. The staff behind the front desk actually seem to remember faces, which is refreshing. During my stay, the woman at check-in (I think her name was Sarah?) remembered my coffee preference from the previous morning – those little touches matter, you know?

What really sets this place apart, though, is how they’ve managed to nail that sweet spot between intimate and professional. The rooms are spacious enough that you’re not bumping into furniture, but cozy enough that it doesn’t feel like you’re rattling around in some generic box. The beds – and I’m particular about beds – are properly firm with quality linens that don’t feel scratchy or overly starched. The bathrooms feature these deep soaking tubs that I actually used (usually I’m a shower person), and the water pressure is consistently strong even on the higher floors. I stayed on the sixth floor and never had issues, though I did notice the elevator can get a bit slow during the evening hours when everyone’s heading out to dinner. The soundproofing is excellent too – I barely heard the street noise, and you know how rare that is in a city location. Honestly, the 9.4 rating makes complete sense once you’ve spent a night here. It’s not trying to be flashy or revolutionary, it’s just doing everything really, really well. The kind of place where you can tell someone put actual thought into the guest experience rather than just checking boxes on some hospitality consultant’s list.

  The location is fantastic – just a 3-minute walk to both the bus station and metro. If you enjoy walking and exploring, several tourist attractions are also within walking distance, making it a great spot for sightseeing. Good breakfast. The dishes changes daily which is good.

  It’s a very cozy hotel with kind people and amazing homemade breakfasts. The location is great, close to the center. The room was comfortable, with amazing views of the Church. I also highly recommend trying their homemade wine. It was one of the best wines I’ve ever tasted. Thank you so much!
