  Очень удобная локация, все в шаговой доступности. Очень удобно, что есть два раздельных санузла, ощущение что частный дом. Есть отдельные нюансы но они не критичны.Замечательное место, рекомендую.

  Отличное расположение.
  Бесконтактное заселение и выселение. В начале пешеходной улицы, отдельный вход. 2 этажа, на каждом кухня и туалет с душем, 3 спальни, большая гостиная, красивый балкон с видом. Фото соответствуют, в действительности даже лучше. Есть все необходимое для длитеного проживания, чай, кофе, вино в подарок, все вопросы решались сразу. Хозяин и менеджер очень гостеприимные. Рестораны, магазины, аптеки, достопримечательности, все в шаговой доступности. Нам все понравилось, отличное место, чтобы отдохнуть и познакомиться с прекрасным городом

  Отличное месторасположение , аутентичная квартира в центре Тбилиси, удобно для большой семьи или друзей, много спальных мест. Очень удобное бесконтактное заселение и выселения.
  
  What could be improved: Из минусов: полы были плохо помыты, особенно на первом этаже, коврик в ванной просто уличный. Еще бы неплохо поставить микроволновую печь на кухне. Ну и крючки в ванной сломаны, мелочь но вызывает неудобства.
