  I couldn't wish for a better location in Old Tbilisi than this apartment. It’s perfectly situated—close to all attractions yet quiet and wonderfully authentic. Bonus: no long uphill climbs (a challenge in other parts of Old Tbilisi, especially with luggage). The apartment itself is cozy, spacious, and full of authentic charm. It was exceptionally clean and felt like home. There are also a couple of 24/7 shops nearby for added convenience. The hostess was always available for our questions and, when we experienced a water issue in the area during the night, she was incredibly responsive and helpful. I would definitely consider staying here again on my next visit to Tbilisi. Thank you for the warm welcome!

  The apartment is located in the first floor of historical building with an authentic Georgian terrace. Very central which is great if you consider familiarizing with the city by foot. Lora of groceries stores around with fresh fruits and veggies.

  Very nice and truly authentic apartment in the center of Tibilisi in walking distance to many restaurants, cafes and bars.

  De tudo! Dificilmente poderia ser melhor. Casa que faz jus ao nome, verdadeiramente autêntica, no estilo e no mobiliário. A uma curtíssima distância da Freedom Square, no coração da bela Tbilisi. Casa bastante grande, absolutamente limpa. Anfitriões atentos e com ajuda pronta. Estacionamento privativo junto ao apartamento. Felizmente, voltaremos ainda nesta viagem para mais três noites. Imperdível!

  Большая, просторная квартира. Есть всё для проживания. Кухня оборудована по полной. Первый этаж, что очень хорошо – прохладно. В каждой комнате есть вентилятор. Очень понравилась большая гостиная с овальным столом. Там есть множество настольных игр, что было очень кстати. Ну и еще, что хорошо – не было комаров.
