Authentic Central Spot Overview
I walked into Authentic Central Spot on a breezy Saturday afternoon, and honestly, the first thing that hit me was the smell of fresh coffee mingling with the faint scent of incense from the nearby café on Alexander Griboedov Street. The lobby is this cozy, almost lived-in space—think reclaimed wood, soft jazz, and a big, handwritten sign that says “Welcome to Tbilisi” (yes, that’s the city name in its natural case, wrapped in italics for you). The staff were super friendly, almost like they’re part of a neighborhood block party. Check‑in was quick; they even gave you a local map with a doodle of the best spots to hit after sunset. I mean, you can see the city lights from the balcony, and you’ll notice the gentle hum of traffic from the nearby intersection, but it’s not a roar—just a steady, city‑life backdrop.
The rooms are a sweet mix of modern and Georgian charm. The bed is this plush, king‑size thing that feels like a hug, and the view from the window? You can see the old town’s cobblestones and the new skyline jostling side by side. The bathroom is surprisingly spacious, with a rain shower that makes you feel like you’re standing under a waterfall in the middle of the city. I took a moment to soak in the view from the balcony, sipping a glass of local wine and listening to the distant chatter of a street musician playing a traditional khrameli. It’s a vibe that’s both authentic and comforting, which is exactly what you want when you’re exploring a new place.
Parking is a bit of a puzzle, but the hotel has a small, secure garage that’s worth the extra 5‑minute walk. If you’re driving, the street parking can get a bit hectic, especially during the summer, but you’ll find a spot if you’re patient. Noise-wise, the hotel is pretty quiet, except for the occasional distant siren that reminds you it’s a bustling capital. I stayed there during the peak tourist season, and while the lobby was a little busy, the staff kept things organized. The breakfast spread was a highlight—fresh pastries, a selection of local cheeses, and a pot of Georgian tea that’s strong enough to wake the dead. Overall, it’s a place that feels like a home away from home, with a touch of Georgian hospitality that makes you feel right at ease. The vibe is warm, the service is top‑notch, and the city’s pulse is right outside your window—what more could you ask for?
Apartments in Tbilisi provide travelers with authentic local experiences, allowing them to explore traditional Georgian markets and cook with fresh Caucasian ingredients.

Good flat with great location, views and anything you may need. There are enough kitchen utensils, household chemicals and other things.
Great view from the balcony where you may seat and have your breakfast.
Friendly hosts, ready to help.
Sockets’ location is not very convenient for working, but if you are on vacation there won’t be any problems.
What could be improved: Bedside lamps weren’t working and the shower stall is leaking.Впечатление осталось положительное, очень добрые и гостеприимные хозяева. Осталось желание вернутся снова. Однозначно ре – Natalia from Russia – August 27, 2025 (10/10)
Объект находится прям в самом центре. Рядом канатная дорога, которую видно из окна. В апартаментах все чисто и аккуратно, есть все необходимое в быту.
